Always a pleasure to go into the Conwy shop. Plenty of choice and sizes, but never a problem if there isn't your size it can be indeed and delivered to store which is very convenient for me.

Quick delivery to store in Conwy
Quick delivery to store in Conwy. Staff were friendly, found items quickly. Followed company policy of asking for ID. After an experience in another leading dept store who gave my order to someone else and then it took3 visits to actually pick up an order I really appreciate this being done!

It’s always been a good experience to go to this sop in Conwy.
About yesterday. Both of the staff members were very friendly in helping me. The gentleman greeted me on my way out in Afrikaans ( my native tongue) which was a surprise to me. So we had a short discussion. But I can recommend them both. Good customer service 👏
