Click and collect went smoothly and communication was good to advise of its arrival into store. I also had occasion to contact customer services regarding a previous purchase and they were very helpful and resolved my issue and provided a refund. I was very grateful and impressed with the customer service provided by Evie .

Looked at on line shop, found item I liked checked local store for stock, Called into Clitheroe shop after doing so , store assistant very helpful, and bought the item . My first item I bought a number of year,s since has now become my gardening shirt, can’t get rid of it, still so good to wear even with the holes now appearing.

I’m a FatFace fan. I like their clothing which well made and true to fit sizing. As well as their products, their service is good, with a no-quibble attitude to returns when something is not quite right.
