Friendly and helpful service at the shop when I collected my order.
Disappointed that it wasn’t available sooner so I had to make a special journey to collect it.

Sienna winter coat
Good quality coat. Very pleased. No problem ordering. A bit pricey but was given discount in the shop on collection as cost was 20%off since I purchased a few days before online. I thought this excellent and good customer service as was delivery to shop, keeping you informed via email on delivery and shop assistant who dealt with me.

Orders are dispatched promptly and delivered very quickly. Clarity for any returns are included in the parcel and very easy to understand and follow should you need to return anything. Clothes are of very good quality, - well made, robust and stylish.

Friendly staff, tidy organized store
All the staff in the Cardiff store were amazing, we had our little dog with us and they couldn’t have been friendlier 😊 even offering a treat for him. Thank all so much
