I like that you can order online but…
I like that you can order online for store pickup at no extra cost (apart from the cost of your transport and your time to get to the store). The process was good and staff were very polite.
BUT, ideally Fat Face shops should have all the sizes in all the lengths (S,R anf L). It seems that the only lengths available is Regular.

Our stock system is based on average sales per location, therefore varies in different areas. Some of our stores may have less stock of smaller and larger sizes, or S and L fits, available due to our stock system process.

I have ordered items several times. Good customer service always. The quality of the garments are excellent and worth the extra price. Clothes tend to be oversized so just need to be aware of that before ordering.

Great customer service ~ Quality…
Great customer service ~ Quality clothing and good sale prices. Ordered 4 pairs of boots (2 styles and 2 sizes as I was unsure of fit). Everything arrived in good time, nicely packaged.
I Kept 2 pairs and returned the others in-store which was very quick and easy. The store was fairly busy but the sales staff were welcoming, helpful and efficiently served everyone in good time.

Superb Fat Face
The online ordering process is very straightforward and the collection in store is very efficient. Without a doubt the best shopping experience of any retailer in the high st . We use the Bromley store and the staff there are warm welcoming engaging and most of all interested in the customer which makes such a difference when everyone else seems like they couldn’t care less if you bought from them or not . We use Bromley most often but you get a similar experience regardless of which branch we use . Thank you Fat Face

Good Customer service at FatFace Brimley
Our experience in FatFace Bromley was excellent. The staff were helpful when we were changing a pair of slippers & chatted to us about the new stock that was coming in for Christmas. The manager & the two members of staff there made us feel valued customers & we ended up buying a winter jumper before we left! They knew their stock & their customer base.

Excellent customer service
I struggled to find the store so I called them. The lady (Catherine) I spoke to was so helpful and polite and she served me in store too. Very helpful staff and great ordering and click and collect process.

Excellent service from Bromley branch
The customer service assistant (male) at the Bromley branch was so helpful and attentive. He helped me make a decision and made me feel that he was glad i purchased from Fat Face. I went to collect it approx mid day where i collected Order number: UKF1012906672, Hampshire Dry Wax Swing Coat. I also noticed him giving that extra service to another customer.
