A store that cares
A store that is beautifully set out with great displays which caught the eye and gave you inspiration. Saw this shirt before Christmas and bought it in the sale. Good fit, super comfy, casual but smart. Ideal for a evening out.

I always appreciate the quality of the materials used. It's quite expensive but hopefully the sustainable manufacturing politics that they claim they have/use are true and explain the prices, considering that the high value brands really take the clothing prices through the roof. I feel that FatFace is a decent high quality accessible clothing brand, where they emphasise quality over quantity.

Best Store to visit

ladies belt
Ordered a belt online in sale. I was looking for something a little different Easy to order and delivered to store for convenience. Bishop’s Stortford is a lovely big shop and never fails to impress. Friendly staff too. Nice belt that will go with everything and I’m looking forward to wearing it.

Only issue I had was that no confirmation email was sent to me that the items were ready to collect in store.

The staff are so friendly & helpful
The staff are so friendly & helpful. My dogs are always welcome & given a treat. The store is well stocked but never overcrowded, you can actually see the items properly.
