There was an issue with retrieving the barcode for my order, but the staff were very patient and helpful with the situation and were able to resolve the matter in a very friendly and professional manner.

I went in to collect my parcel but…
I went in to collect my parcel but couldn't download the barcode. The lady at the counter was very helpful and said I could just give her the details and she would look if up for me. She went and got my parcel straight away and suggested if I needed to try on the item she pointed me towards the changing rooms. Lady had a smile and was very kind.

Love Fatface
Never had any problems with this company. Their customer service is excellent and issues are resolved super fast. Love the clothes, always good quality. Hope this doesn't change now that Next has bought the company.

I love my new trousers
I love my new trousers! The clothes are lovely and good quality. The staff in the shops are always really helpful and friendly and when I shopped online my clothes arrived quickly and well packaged.

Great experience.
Quick delivery at time specified. Bought two for size. On returning to store was served by exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Also left shop with two more beautiful purchases.

I am a regular online buyer, just love the quality of the women’s clothes. This buy was for a sleeveless cotton top. I have the pink one and liked it so much I bought the green, fabulous tops. Very easy to order and pay. They fit to size.

Easier to order products on line than…shop in store
Easier to order products on line than to shop in store. Found that while some of the staff were really helpfully and looked for items for you etc, when it came to ordering an item you wanted that was not in store there was a very limited amount of help they could give you! So I stood just outside the store and ordered said item on my phone in 2 seconds! Very bizarre policy Fat Face!
