Popped into the Beverley store
Popped into the Beverley store. Very well stocked, neat and tidy and friendly helpful staff. Certainly will be returning. Maria and the staff member with her polite, friendly and efficient.

Online ordering and return easy
Online order arrived quickly. Return to store was efficient and friendly refund to bank account speedy also. My fault for ordering wrong size. Clothes always great quality.

We ordered a mans coat. The order went smoothly and so did the delivery. My husband was more than happy with his coat. Good quality material. Arrived packageing was very good. Would shop with FatFace again. I have shopped with FatFace but a first for my husband. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Parcel didn’t come when supposed too
Parcel didn’t come when supposed too. Wasn’t given notice until after I had been to the shop to collect it. Came 3 days later.

Ok I’ll start with I hate shopping! The lady who served me was very friendly and helpful AND I even stayed to browse and bought other things m. Trust me this never happens!!

Exceptional first class staff
I shop normally on line and use your collection service using your Beverley store. The staff there are so nice it’s a pleasure to go there. First class shop with first class staff; it always great to drop in for a browse too x

Made to feel like a thief!
I bought a t-shirt for my son in the Beverley store on Monday 11th August 2025. As I waited to pay the lady at the till asked me if a sweatshirt I had been wearing but was now carrying as it was becoming increasingly warm was actually mine. I explained it was and showed her the wear marks, etc. I was made to feel like I might be a thief! I paid for my t-shirt and left feeling deeply offended. There were other customers in the store at the time and all this was said in quite loud tones.

I absolutely love fat face clothing
I absolutely love fat face clothing, great designs and functional for everyday wear. My local fat face is the Beverley store in East Yorkshire and the staff are so lovely and friendly. I'm always made to feel welcome and the customer service is 5 star.
