Big thanks and congrats to Julieann in Fatface Belfast. She was amazing, friendly helpful and professional. I felt like I had a 'personal Shopper' she was so kind with her time and efforts to help me. I write this not only to say thank you to Julieann but to also shine a light on her excellent customer care/ service and as a fine example to other companies of how to treat customers. I honestly experinced a 5 star service. I really dread the chore of clothes shopping however thanks to Julieann for making
my shopping experience a pleasant one. You are a star!

I went in to look a the half zip fleece. There was only one and not in my size. The quality was lovely and I really liked it. The staff member advised me on which size, I ordered it in the shop and got it delivered a few days later. The staff were patient and helpful. Delighted with my new fleece.

I ordered online
I ordered online, and when the items arrived, I was delighted with one pair of the pyjama bottoms, but not the other( too lightweight) Fat face made it so easy to return and they gave me the choice to return them to a fat face shop. While in the shop I found the pair of pyjama bottoms I wanted in my size and the staff were very helpful.
Great design and quality. 😃
