I returned two broken necklaces with…
I returned two broken necklaces with the receipts, I was told that I needed the bar code which I did not have. I was “educated” that jewellery returns were dealt with through customer service, even though the goods were faulty. I ended up apologising if she felt that i had been rude but the assistant would not even look at me. The items were begrudgingly exchanged but I left feeling that I would not return to this branch,

Having received a reply from fat face regarding my paper bag charge, I apologise for the misunderstanding. I didn’t realise it was a legal requirement. I therefore think I should’ve given a 5 star review!

We understand your disappointment regarding the paper bag charge. However, retailers are legally required to charge for carrier bags, and we're unable to waive this fee. The good news is that the money raised from carrier bag sales is donated to charity, helping to support worthwhile causes.

A great shop
FatFace clothes and accessories are always good quality and great designs from dresses to coats to hair accessories. The staff at FatFace in Beccles, Suffolk are so very friendly and lovely, making shopping a pleasant experience. The doors are always wide open, inviting you in and the staff always greet you with a smile and comment and are very helpful.

Beccles branch
Went into Beccles branch to find a top to go with a skirt I’d already purchased, the staff were brilliant, didn’t have anything in store but took time to go through online and find me something, order it, and arranged for home delivery!

A week after returning an item the money has still not gone into my bank account. I have had confirmation that the refund has been put through and tomorrow is the last day allowing for a five working day clearance time so hopefully it will go back ok. Love Fatface products but you need to work on the after care of customers

I had to order online as the dungarees I wanted were not in store but they arrived promptly considering it was Christmas time but unfortunately they were to large and you don’t stock petite which is a shame as I’m 5ft so I had to return them

The shop staff were lovely but I was sent no bar code which they said I should have had. So had to go off and check emails as no signal in the shop, it was snowing and cold so not the best experience, then when I checked I only had the emails with my order number
