Great choice in garments helpful staff great price

Caryl Thomas was extremely helpful going the extra mile. My wife and I went into branch and ordered the rose cardigan as the shop did not have a size 14. It was ordered and sent to an address that is no longer accessible to us. Caryl rang customer service and sorted our problem reordering the cardigan and ensuring that it is delivered to the correct address. Caryl is a star, she is alway happy to help and is happy and smiling whenever we see her.

The products from fat face are always top quality, the dress I bought was lovely and has pockets (always a bonus for me) the staff in the shops are always polite, Friendly and very helpful keep it up fat face 👍

I love fat face goods, all of them. My recent purchase of jumper, spring/summer sandals and two pairs of trainers was yet another successful order. Plus the fact that I could pick it up from my local store in Bath, try on and take home.

Ordered on line, click & collect. Simple to use, notified when product arrived in store. Assistant obtained the order quickly, checked product and was able to leave packaging at the store.
The Lyndhurst canvas messenger bag is a good size, strong & well made. My husband is very pleased with it.

I was looking for some new clothes after putting on weight and changing size and obviously feeling insecure. I was helped by the loveliest person, Amy. She was kind an helpful, found me two amazing jeans that I always strugglers find and I honestly left the shop feeling so much better about myself.

She was attentive and very knowledge of the FatFace stock. She was also extremely friendly. She really made my shopping experience at FatFace.

Brilliant range, fast service when I collected and good quality clothing.

The quality is always great. I always struggle with crazy sizing (im a 14. So can range from 12 to 20, depending on the shop). Fat face seems to be consistent. Pretty much all the dresses have pockets and the material feels really nice. I brought everything in the sales… they have great sales!!

I bought a jacket online before Christmas but needed to return it as it was too big. Really lovely, great quality jacket though - so I was keen to try and get a smaller size.

To save postage, I returned the original to the Bath store (it's great that you can return online purchases to a store) and was very glad I did, as Leo there was very helpful in processing the return smoothly, but also in helping locate other stores in the area that were showing stock - as the main website was sold out.

Leo took the time to note down a couple of stores for the next two sizes down so I left armed with some really helpful information - thanks Leo.

I've bought a few things from FatFace recently - and have been really impressed with the quality of the items, loving the 'tall' range - and have had great customer service from them too.

My mum and I were served by Drew on 22/12. He was very friendly and extremely helpful, he even searched the store for a pyjama set! he was so lovely and I really enjoyed my chat about dogs with him!! I’d definitely recommend coming to the store purely because of the great customer service. Thank you Drew!
