On 17 November 2025, I purchased and paid €1,861 for a fatbike which I have never received.
For several months, I repeatedly contacted the company via email, phone, and WhatsApp to request updates regarding the delivery status, as the bike was not delivered within the expected timeframe. During this entire period, I was consistently informed by the company’s staff that the bike had not yet arrived at the correct pickup location and was still in transit.
Based on the prolonged delay, I also submitted multiple formal refund requests. These requests, as well as my inquiries, were largely ignored.
On 4 February 2026, I was suddenly informed that the bike had already been collected on 27 November 2025. This came as a complete surprise, as I had never received the bike.
I immediately went to the pickup location, where it was confirmed that the bike had been handed over to a third party. According to the company’s own information, the bike was released based solely on a copy of the order confirmation email, without any identity verification. I was also informed that the employee who released the bike is no longer working for the company.
Despite this, my order has remained in “in process” status in my account. I also continued to receive automated notifications (including on 21 February 2026) stating that the bike was still on its way. My requests for clarification regarding these contradictions were not answered.
For months, the company did not respond to my communications. Only after I involved a lawyer did they begin to engage.
To this day:
-I have not received the bike
-I have not received a refund
-No clear explanation has been provided
-No confirmed refund date has been given
The company has stated that the case has been referred internally to an insurer and the police. However, I have not received any confirmation of these actions. Due to the lack of clarity and resolution, I filed a police report myself.
It is also worth noting that the company has since changed its pickup procedure (introducing a PIN code), which raises serious concerns about the adequacy of their previous processes and the protection of customer data.
Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the company’s internal procedures, communication, and handling of customer orders.
I would advise potential customers to exercise caution.

Op 17 november 2025 heb ik €1.861 betaald voor een fatbike die ik nooit heb ontvangen.
Na maanden van contact en verzoeken om levering en terugbetaling werd ik op 4 februari 2026 geïnformeerd dat de fiets al op 27 november was afgehaald — niet door mij, maar door een derde, zonder identiteitscontrole.
Ondanks dit staat mijn bestelling nog steeds als “in behandeling” en ontving ik meldingen dat de fiets nog onderweg was. Mijn verzoeken om verduidelijking werden genegeerd.
Pas na inschakeling van een advocaat kwam er reactie.
Tot op heden heb ik geen fiets en geen terugbetaling ontvangen.
Ik heb zelf aangifte moeten doen bij de politie.
Op basis van mijn ervaring adviseer ik om voorzichtig te zijn.
Do not buy anything at Fatdaddy!!!!! it is a fraud! We bought a fat bike, but it was too small for our daughter. They have no phone number, email and they stopped communicating with Whats app. We went to the store in Oirschot, but it doesn't exist. They just put a picture of a shop online. They just send a bike directly from the wholesale and do not take responsibility for their job as a detailshop. We will start to sue them...it is terrible and takes a lot of time, but hope others will be warned

Niet hier heen gaan! Hij is ten eerste heel onduidelijk met zijn zaak. Vraagt alleen al 70 euro om probleem te vinden en stuurde ons ook letterlijk weg, echt heel asociaal zeker niet aan te raden.

Guess what, it hasn't been shipped after 8 days. I tried to call them on whatsapp, emailed them at least 10 times and get no answer or reply.
There is also no way to get an automated refund from them.
I am a company owner and get this type of treatment from them so I suggest you guys avoid this company.
Completely unprofessional with absolutely no customer service. I would personally not treat my customers this way.
I am also considering preparing a video that we will exhibit this to our Youtube channel of 50,000 subscribers. Hopefully we can help some people to choose proper companies to buy their products from and why.
Be Warned! Avoid them at all costs!

Er is niets aan de fiets gebeurd!
Batterij doormeten doen jullie niet eens en niets gerepareerd,geen standaard noch ketting etc. Gewoon eerlijk zijn. Als wat was getest legde ik me erbij neer.Met 15€ ,wordt toegegeven dat het niet klopt.

If you have questions to your order you will not receive an answer. After sending multiple mails if the bike i ordered is even in stock, asking via corporate whatsapp about my order and trying to call for the last 2 days. Nobody answers the phone and i got blocked on their corporate whatsapp. worst customer service. And after reporting on trustpilot I get an instant answer. Maybe answer your customers to their Mails instead of only reacting when you get a 1 star review. I just wanted to know how long is the shipping time to germany. And when nobody answers its normal to think that there is something wrong isnt it? Its a 3000€ order and I dont hear back when I contacted you. And now I got an Mail from the Manager cancelling my order because I left a 1-star review and because i complained about not getting an answer via Mail, Whatsapp and Phone. Thats the most unprofessional behaviour i have yet to see in the business world.

Vervolgens gingen ze vanuit mate proberen het via de garantie doen. Weer gebeld engels iemand aan de lijn zegt dat het systeem veranderd is en alles eruit ligt ik een mail moet sturen vervolgens mail ik blijkt de fiets nergens te zijn????!!! Eeen fiets van 2500 euro he. Dus niks kopen of repareren daar houden je aan het lijntje vertellen niet de waarheid. Nu geeist dat ik mijn fiets krijg of een nieuwe fiets of schadevergoeding
I brought my bike for repair and a check up/maintenance which was 70 euro.
They returned my bike with a broken light(was not broken) and my saddle was still loose. I will not be back here.

They are trying to get my review removed, because that’s just who they are. Instead of taking any responsibility, they rather pretend like they didn’t screw me over.
Instead of saying: sorry that we broke your light, please let us come and repair it. They told me to bring the bike again at my cost so they can fix it. I told them that’s an unreasonable request and that I’d rather fix it myself. Either way it’s a trash bike Super73 ZX. The mudguards or whatever you call them don’t do anything. You get water/mud sprayed in your face, because the front tire scoops up water for some reason. And the range is a complete fabrication.

I ordered a Mate X 750W from you on 19.04.23 (in stock, shipped within 24 hrs).
Today, about three weeks later, I have only received an email that the order is completed and on the way.
However, no info from PostNL, DHL or etc..
You should urgently work on the communication and not leave the customers unknowing...
Actually, I wanted to take the bike on vacation, that I no longer see today ...

Ze weigerden het te maken, zeiden dat ik gesaboteerd zou zijn en ik het zelf maar moest uitzoeken. Ik zou echt iedereen aanraden heel snel naar een andere winkel te zoeken.
Toevoeging: nadat ik deze review had geschreven werd mijn review door Fatdaddy als fraude aangemerkt omdat ik geen klant zou zijn. Ik moest bewijs aanleveren bij Trustpilot dat ik daadwerkelijk klant was. Bizarre winkel, echt waar.

It has taken 72 working days (over 3 months) for fatdaddy to deliver a new battery after I received the bicycle with a defect.
After many emails and calls with fatdaddy - but no answer. It turns out that the battery has never been sent on and has therefore sat idle at fatddady for over 2 months..
However, in the few emails I received, Fatdaddy has claimed that the battery has been forwarded to the super 73
But I have been in close dialogue with Super 73 and that way I found out that fatdaddy has LIED to me about where the battery has been
Fatdaddy does not take responsibility and passes on the blame instead of taking responsibility and fixing things..
After a purchase of approx. DKK 23,700, I can see that the bike has dropped in price... A LOT in price - it costs today only approx. DKK 16,800..on the danish website - but around DKK 20.000 on another??
Fatdaddy do NOT deserve a single penny from more buyers when their service and work approach is so bad

Extremely bad customerservice. My son bought a onewheel back in June. It didn't work 100%. After Fatdaddy tried to help without success, we decided to return the onewheel and we were promised that Fatdaddy would refund the money. Fatdaddy received the onewheel at their office on the 12th of July. I still haven't got my refund - so they have both my sons onewheel and his money. They don't answer my last 4 emails and when talking to them they apologize, but they have been bussy... Do not buy anything from this place!!

Great Company. Nice people. Great service, and they do what they promise.
In eerste instantie een zeer slechte ervaring. Na een slechte ervaring te delen, hebben ze nu hopelijk de problemen opgelost.
