Fatcoupon deactived my account. When I reached out to support, they stated I had voileted their terms and conditions. They would not respond to any of my requests for further information.

It is a big scam. After I finally accumulated enough points and redeemed for $50 gift card, they sent me an email saying the gift card is on the way, but I never received it. I tried to file a complaint in my account and then found out they have closed my account. Since there is no customer service number available and they only way to report a problem is to log into your account to file complaints, once your account is closed there is nothing you can do. They are the worst thief!

BIG SCAM!!!! You can never get your rewards once you got enough points to exchange it with gift cards or cash!! They will deactivate your account!!! WORST SCAM!!! REPORT THIS SICK COMPANY!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with FatCoupon.

In March 2025, I placed two orders on the Sonos website using FatCoupon’s referral links. One order tracked correctly and received cashback. The second order (Order #106813688), placed the same day, in the same browsing session, was fully paid, shipped, and delivered — yet the cashback was never credited.

I provided FatCoupon with official Sonos invoices, order confirmations, and screenshots proving that the order was completed and never cancelled or refunded. Despite this clear evidence, the case has been “under review” for over a year. What’s worse, FatCoupon stopped responding entirely after November 2025.

This is no longer a technical issue — it’s a failure to honor an advertised service. As a customer, I followed all tracking rules exactly and acted in good faith. After more than 12 months, no resolution, and months of silence, my trust in this platform is gone.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious. Cashback is not guaranteed, and support may simply stop responding when problems arise.

The site was great for a few years but then they suddenly closed my account and I had money that I can't access now. They won't respond to multiple emails or facebook messenger messages. I would stay away from them as they aren't trustworthy.

Absolutely the worst. Never gave cashback after following all of their steps and waiting their ridiculous timeline of 1-3 months. After multiple attempts at following up, they simply ignore the messages. Use any cashback site but this one!!! Be WARNED!!!

Very nice application

I have requested a payment via PayPal on April 14, but still haven't received. It still is in pending. I had been waiting for this $50 for a very long time and now the payment is not processing. What's the issue, may I know please?

I made a withdrawal, it says it will be sent in 7 days, but they haven’t sent it, and they are ignoring me. It’s as if I’m their servant.

They don’t even bother to reply to my emails.
Answer me, send the payment, then check your account, etc. write here

Did you close my account? I click on the application and it closes but it doesn't open. I tried so hard, I clicked and worked so hard. Hrm, you don't answer me and you don't send money.

You will pay the price for this injustice, I swear I will hire the best lawyer, you will pay the price for this irregularity heavily, this fraud you committed is a big crime in American law, I will not leave this injustice to you.

I will reach out to everyone and tell them to leave reviews on clicker sites. At least 30 of my friends will leave a star rating for your clicker site.

They are scammers, after you make your purchase they block your account and steal your money

Rewards rarely track and/or support finds an excuse not to honor the offer. Almost never have an unresolved problem with other portals. Much better services out there, no need to use this one. Never again

I submitted a gift card redemption on August 24th, but I still haven’t received it until today, September 5th.

Fraudulent site. I requested payment. He sent me an e-mail. He sent me the original. After sending, he did not respond and nothing was paid. Fraudulent site 100%.

There is nothing good about it. They use a trap with cashback up to... In this case, you will get much less than other cashback companies offer. Support almost always just ignores requests. Very long wait for payments. And the minimum withdrawal amount is $50, which is a lot. I do not recommend it!

FatCoupon is an awesome place for someone who wants to save money while shopping online. A user-friendly interface and high discounts up to 70% on selected goods are some of the things that users really appreciate about it.
