We were able to install them ourselves with no previous experience doing anything like this. We would use this as our insulating boards for any flooring

Very good product and very easy to fit. The boards feel pretty strong and will easily hold the weight of my motorbikes in my garage, while being very easy to cut and snap during fitting. Recommended product for insulating concrete floors at a fair price
