Dodgy doctors strapped for cash
It has come to my attention that my initial diagnosing doctor; Dr Bevan Washington Hyder, has been found guilty of punching a 70 year old man to the ground, of which he was fined and officially filed a warning by the GMC (GMC registrant number: 6108171), he was also accused and found guilty of malpractice through "double-shifting" (see again attatched file on his GMC page) and filed for bankruptcy in 2025 (the 4th thing that comes up after googling his name other than the news article exposing this monster.
This outrages me as a paying patient, as it sparks questions as to his incentive to diagnose patients in order to sell medication or this programme as a whole. His speciality lies in Emergency medicine which seems irrelevant to the requirements of his current position, and he has had his medical license suspended twice.
Is this really the quality of doctors myself and many others are paying for? I am sure that this does not reflect well at all on your company. I have contacted you personally about this matter and whilst as you say, he may hold the relevant qualifications to work for you, this man CLEARLY cannot be trusted and I’m guessing earns a commission on how many people he diagnoses.
I implore you to fire this dangerous criminal and apologise for hiring him in the first place.

Hidden Fees & Zero Transparency
Profiting from vulnerability with a big slapping side of hidden costs.
They are intentionally deceptive with pricing.. There’s a pattern here, a trend, and FasTreat knows exactly what it’s doing with its pricing model.
Because the charges hit at different points in the process, it was easy to lose track. It’s a setup that preys on ADHD traits: impulsivity, urgency, overwhelm. They know their audience, and they’ve designed the funnel around it. It’s targeted and that’s really boiled my blood.
Month one - £487 (away from medication costs!)
By month two, the true ongoing cost for me was £337 - and that was on the lowest dose. (And it was only going to climb from there!)
A far cry from what they are advertising.
Market the real numbers. Let people make informed decisions instead of trapping them in a cycle of surprise fees.
If you feel ripped off or misled, report them to Trading Standards. Just google “citizens advice trading standards” and follow the steps.
And seriously - claim your money back. Dispute the charges. Don’t let them keep profiting off people who are just trying to get help.

Outstanding ADHD Care from Dr Eghabor and the FasTreat Team
I have had an excellent experience with Dr Daniel Eghabor and the entire FasTreat ADHD team throughout my ADHD assessment and treatment.
From my initial enquiry to ongoing follow-up appointments, every member of the team has been professional, friendly, and supportive. The communication has always been prompt, appointments have been well organised, and I have felt genuinely cared for throughout the process.
Dr Eghabor took the time to understand my concerns, explained my diagnosis and treatment options clearly, and ensured that every medication adjustment was made carefully based on my progress. I never felt rushed, and every consultation was thorough, compassionate, and evidence-based.

This will cost you way more than you think..
Very frustrating experience.
I’ve been with fastreat for 3 months now and it’s been going okay other than the service is odiously expensive. You keep paying a monthly £99 membership fee and your private prescription comes up around £160 on top of that. That’s £260 ongoing a month on top of the assessment fee - this adds up a tremenndueous sum over time, taking in account that medication is completely free on the nhs once you wait for the onto or so referral.
One infuriating thing about this company is they could liaise with GPs to pass on medication prescription, so you could get your meds for £10 instead of £260 a month.. but surprise surprise, they refuse to do this.
Now, to my latest experience that pushed me to write this review.. I submitted my prescription renewal request on Monday. By the end of the day, I received a message that my prescriber is leaving the company and I’ve been assigned to a new prescriber. Fastreat instructed me to BOOK A £90 CONSULTATION with my new prescriber so that we can get ‘up to date’!! How ridiculous, they want to charge me for a consultation because THEY decided to change my prescriber!! I have nothing I need to consult them about, nothing to discuss.. I just want to get the same dose of medication I’ve been getting for the past 3 months. Mind you, there’s an online consultation form to fill out before every prescription, and these 15 MINUTE £90 video consultations are just the doctor reading out 10 questions from a sheet and nodding at your yes and no answers. Absolutely ridiculous and appalling.
I refuse to be paying for this and pay £360 for my monthly medication. I’ve been going back and forth with the doctor, and I’ve contacted fastreat on email multiple times beginning Monday. No reply, no resolution. It’s been a whole week and my medication is about to run out.
Absolute unfair let down - I would never have chosen to go with fast treat if it was more transparently clear to me how ridiculous the cats are going to add up.

First, regarding the transition to your GP (Shared Care Agreement): Please know that we fully support handing over care to GPs. However, strict medical guidelines require a patient to reach a completely stable dosage before a GP will accept a Shared Care Agreement. Once stability is achieved, we are more than happy to facilitate this transfer to help with your healthcare journey.
Second, regarding the change in your prescriber: When a provider leaves and you are transferred to a new one, our policy is to issue a complimentary Follow-Up voucher to ensure a smooth transition without any additional cost to you. It appears there has been a misunderstanding or a system error that asked you to pay the fee, and we sincerely apologize for this.
Finally, our standard response time is typically within one business day. If you have not received a reply for a week, there may have been a technical issue or emails may have been routed to spam, but we take full responsibility for this communication breakdown.
We urgently want to fix this and ensure your prescription is issued. Because we cannot identify your account from this public review, please email us directly at support@fastreat.co.uk. A dedicated specialist will immediately locate your account, apply the follow-up voucher, and prioritize your prescription request.

⭐ Avoid FasTreat – Extremely Poor Service and Misleading Practices
I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with FasTreat. They heavily advertised a diagnosis report within 24 hours. It took 7 full days.
The doctor personally promised to follow up by Saturday – never happened. Multiple promised callbacks (Thursday and Friday) were also ignored. Instead of proper communication, I received generic template responses.
The 45-minute consultation I paid for was rushed and over in just 15 minutes. Despite requesting a refund before the report was issued, they continued charging and only partially refunded the £99 membership fee after significant pressure, while refusing to refund the £199 assessment fee.
This whole process caused unnecessary stress and wasted a lot of time. The service fell far short of reasonable standards under the Consumer Rights Act. Broken promises, poor communication, and substandard delivery.
I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for private healthcare. Not worth the money or the headache.
FasTreat, do better.

It's worth it
It's worth it. Everything is done online or over the phone with constant support and no delays. I work in telecomunications and have to travel for work but don't have a family doctor which makes using the conventional medical system inconvenient if not impossible. Fastreat changed my life.

Still waiting for sons prescription…
Still waiting for sons prescription despite the prescribwr recommending meds a week ago!!!! Today we ring boots to discover they hadn't signed his prescription so we now have to drive to boots (we live in a village) take a photo of prescription send it back to them and hope somebody picks up the message and wait for them to then contact the issuing prescriber and request another one sending no doubt another week. Go to wnybother company but avoid this like the plague myself and both sons have used this company we have paid over a thousand pounds and not one of us has meds yet!!!!!!!! I'm fuming so now we have walked into boots they have given us the unsigned incorrectly filled in prescription and we have rang fast treat whilst standing in boots who now say we will have to pay for another prescription and wait for it to be resent!!!!! Are you guys actually trying to push me and my family over the edge because my son is now in massive distress and you have caused this!! This is one of 3 similar stories on different members of my family with fast treat !!!
