Good due to problems in regular medical system
They are a good service as finding a family doctor has been very difficult for me, since you have to jump through a lot of hoops for a very basic need (ADHD meds). I would say that the service is best for those who are already diagnosed as I think Fastreat has a vested interest in confirming that its clients have ADHD, so if you are on the fence, I might go through a more traditional psychiatry route. There are lots of appointments available to suit your schedule, and they are very thorough in making sure the medications will not interact badly with medical conditions you might have.

Great service, could be clearer on pricing
Great service, quick and efficient. What I will say, is be upfront about the “hidden costs” display them as prominently as you do with the £299 Assessment and £99 a month membership. People should know that every time you need to speak with your psychiatrist you’ll need to pay £89; at the start of treatment and during titration, meaning you’ll need to speak with your psychiatrist a minimum of once a month if not twice until your medication is stabilised. I don’t believe sharing this information up front will deter people from using your service, but what it will allow them to make a fully informed decision about the financial commitment they’re making & it’ll help demonstrate your integrity as an organisation of choice.
