10/10 VIP airport service
10/10, brilliant service from this company. On a rainy day at Luton, these guys were able to make sure my experience at the airport didn't disappoint. Greeting on arrival was very good, with a member of staff called Ashraf meeting me outside the airport. Everything inside the airport was very smooth and I was treated as a true VIP! I will definitely use this service the next time I fly!

How often have you stood in that long zig zag queue to get through luggage drop off, the security check and passport control wondering how the wealthy and famous cope with all of this!
My wife and i booked fastrack VIP to see if the service was as good as claimed on their website. The experience absolutely exceeded all expectations, our 1st contact was with Ashraf our personal fastrack assistant who contacted us prior to us leaving for the airport to arrange a meeting point and to enquire wether we had any special requirements. We met as arranged, were relieved of our luggage by Ashraf who then led us straight through all of the previously mentioned irritations with a minimum of fuss to deposit us at the delightful Aspire lounge where we enjoyed breakfast. He then collected us and took us directly to the airplane, bypassing the awaiting passenger queue. Upon our return to Luton, there he was waiting for us at the bottom of the aircraft stairs!! He relieved us of our baggage and whisked us straight through passport control much to the astonishment of the long line of people standing patiently in line.
We have been throughly spoilt and now will plan our future flights to take advantage of this incredible VIP service.
