high alert warning !
First red flag was them charging my card on day of order , NOT ON DAY OF SHIPPING said order, i.e. fulfilling the sale.
Next, after hearing nothing for 2 weeks I sent them an inquiry... why have I received no shipping notice but they already have had the funds for two weeks... to which I did receive a quick and apologetic response but no shipping information.
order made on April 6, order received on April 27th.
Quality was simply horrible / unwearable, so I wanted to make use of their posted 30 day unconditional full refund guarantee so I contacted them per email with the request.{ which is how they set up their return protocol}
Here is what I received back INSTEAD OF THE correct MAILING ADDRESS necessary to complete the return "We can apply for a $5 refund for you and offer an additional 20% discount coupon. " my response was ABSOLUTELY NOT! Again making my initial request to make use of the 30 day unconditional full refund guarantee posted on my bill. Since then I have not heard any thing back from them even though I have sent daily emails requesting their correct address to complete the return. HAVE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO further response ; so I TODAY HAVE FILLED A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK.
Save yourself a lot of stress and do not be sucked in to flashy photos and false promises. Curse the day I ordered from them!
