Great people to work with!! Gave them the info they needed and less than 10 days problem gone!! Would definately use again

I signed up for this service needing to dissolve my business before the new year and they promptly emailed instructions before emailing about completion. Easy, quick and professional experience from start to finish. Would recommend!

If your willing to pay them and then do all the work for a DBA then go ahead and do it. You pay a fee and it is very confusing and misleading. I thought that you pay them to file from start to finish. Meaning, other than getting your page notarized, that they file everything including the posting in the paper for FBN and your FBN is done and shows up in the mail. They don't, they send you what you could have done for free, So download your docs for free and do it yourself. Very misleading. Would not use again. They need to have wording that says exactly what they do, like we just fill out 1 page, but you do everything else.

These guys made dissolving my LLC quick and easy. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again

Julie assisted with my first annual report. I’d mistakenly sent wrong $. She reached out by email, and we were able to complete submission quickly. It’s rare to have experiences like this these days. Thank you.

Working with Julie to help understand what is (and what is NOT) needed was very helpful. I'm grateful to have her on our side. She was very patient with my questions and took the time to explain the WHY behind what was being asked. MUCH, much appreciated!

Very pleased with fastfilings.com. I used them for a business dissolution. After my initial inquiry, the communication was very rapid and very friendly. After the transaction have been completed, I received further communications to keep me looped in to the process. Very happy with the great service and will certainly use them again. Many thanks.

Very fast and responsive. Very easy to use. I would definitely recommend. Thank you for your help 🙏

Fast Filings provided excellent and efficient service. The process was smooth, clear, and handled very quickly. Their team was professional and responsive, and everything was filed correctly without any issues. I highly recommend Fast Filings for anyone looking for reliable and fast business filing services.

I typed in Texas sales permit on google and Fast Filings INC. was on top of the page. It was a paid for sponsor link, its not part of the Texas State Comptrollers. I paid $143.00. I immediately went to my email to print out the receipt. And then I went to my the Texas Comptroller page and saw the form I needed was free. I immediately tried to email confirmation fast filings and call 888-977-9895, email and number not working.***FRAUD***

I NEVER RECEIVED THE LICENSE OR ANY DOCUMENTS;ALL THEY TELL ME IS THAT THEY ARE IN PROGRESS !!!!!

FastFiling has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. There is no tracking, no real customer service, and the service is far more expensive than the value provided. Emails are unreliable and often don’t get delivered, which creates avoidable delays and confusion.

From an operational standpoint, FastFiling does not meet the minimum standards for a business that claims to support time-sensitive filings. I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects accountability or basic follow-through

I turned to Fast Filings to help me get documentation I needed to close an on-going subscription with Zen Business. Fast Filings was so much easier and more responsive than Zen Business! Such a pleasure to work with Fast Filings and so glad to no longer have to be working with Zen Business!

I chose to use fast filing for my business. Fast filing helped me each step of the process while providing amazing customer service to make sure you file accurately and efficiently. Julie B reached out to help me with some final steps that I was missing in order to make sure I was in good standing. Thank you all! :)

Very easy to submit. Then they handle the rest. My representative Rebecca was wonderful.

Excellent service! I contacted Fast Filings for assistance with filing my BOIR (Beneficial Ownership Information Report), and the team was very friendly and efficient. Thank you for your help, Tim. I recommend their service to anyone who needs help with document filing.

They got the job done that would've been a huge hassle for me to do and a waste my time doing things I'm good at. I've seen several reviews on BBB and other sites claiming they are a scam. It is not true, I paid for a service in advance and they did the job.

It was a smooth and fast process. I was keep well informed of where we were in the process. Very professional highly recommend.

You have to stay on top of this company. They don't communicate when there's an issue. They just ignore it. I signed up with them in June and it only completed now in December. They also don't communicate across departments. I had to send the same paperwork to 2 or 3 different people. I wouldn't use them again.

Rebecca S was great, amazing!
