I’ve been using Fast2host for four years, they’re absolutely brilliant. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and responsive.

Re:- FAST 2 HOST:- As a very small independent charity which receives no funding apart from donations from our clients, and is run by all volunteers, who all have either a disability or an illness that makes life difficult. We approached F2H in March asking for our account to be put on hold so as not to drain our bank account dry, during the lockdown. We were given a very resounding NO. Yet they keep sending us emails offering help what laugh.

Excellent service in restoring a website that has been mistakenly deleted, not by Fast2hosts!. I had problems setting up email accounts which they helped and cured the problem.Very quick to answer phone which is rare these days. Thoroughly recommend

I've been using Fast2host now for 12 years on 6 websites and they have never failed to provide quick, courteous and effective support for all my questions at a very reasonable price. After a brief, misguided dalliance with a huge discount US provider a few years ago, I and the rest of my associates ran straight back to the sanity of Fast2host, where we have been well looked after ever since.

The service is always excellent and when I have had the occasional technical issue, the response has always been rapid and knowledgable.

I have been using Fast2host for many years for various websites. I have also tried the big names for websites ... and always ended up switching them to Fast2host. Why? It's all comes down to quietly competent service. I can use Wordpress, but I am no tech wizard. I don't really understand the ins and outs of cpanels. And when I get an error message I quickly give up and ask for help. There's a service engineer called Steve who always seems to answer my queries. He give answers and he often offers to take the necessary action for me. Give me a Steve over flashy deals and special offers any day. If you just want it to work and you want help when it doesn't, these people seem to fit the bill very well indeed.

I am a non-tech person. The prospect of changing my web hosting service made me very nervous. I was recommended the services of Fast2Host by AAATransport and I was not disappointed. The service and support that I received from Fast2Host was truly excellent. Fast and efficient. In less than a week Fast2Host had transferred the site across in a seamless fashion! No web service break is good for my printing business. Thank you to Steve Currell and the team at Fast2Host.

I've been with Fast2Host for many years (10+ I think) and over that time the quality of service has never been anything but excellent. The speed of turnaround for queries is brilliant and they sort things really quickly.

It's been a pleasure to rent a server from them. They have been great at responding to queries and assistance requests, and I only ever had a day of downtime in the whole 3 years I was with them - and that was only because of a move of server location!

I have had to close my account, due to financial issues, but once back on my feet I would certainly be renting from them again!

I did try others before them, two other companies who were like the worst nightmare that wakes you up sweating and feeling sick - compared to those two, Fast2Host have been like a nice cold beer on a sunny day!

Fast2Host is a First Class Hosting Company. Dont look any further. This company have been hosting my website for over ten years. The customer service is second to non. The guys there go above and beyond to make sure any problems you might have are sorted promptly. Steve and Ben who are two of the tech guys have such a 'can do' attitude and go about everthing with humour and professionalism. This company is for sure the best and I highly recommend it. Never had a problem with these guys and have now been with them since about 2004. Swapped from Windows to Linux hosting a couple of years ago and wouldn't go back now. Tech support is excellent - quick and efficient. Keep up the good work F2H!
