Don’t bother using this company they will not refund if there is a problem and they even keep the item you have sent back for a refund. !!!!!
I am editing my review as Daniel from fascinations4weddings clearly has got the wrong order number the number you are quoting Daniel is for the bag that was correct and I used for my daughters wedding. The ref order number 85093 is the bag which you have had delivered back to you and I am waiting on a refund or for you to send back to me if you feel you can not refund. I was told over the phone no one would be about to refund me as they was closed for holiday so they still received this within the stated time, all I want is a refund for the bag I sent back as it was the wrong colour. The correct bag I re ordered and paid for was fine and used. This is such bad customer service. It’s funny how you reply through trust pilot and not emails.

Ease of ordering, quick response and reassurance on a query. Order placed late Wed afternoon, had item early Friday morning, delivered on time. Would definitely recommend to friends, would have no hesitation using again.

Was delivered quickly and well packaged (actually boxed and wrapped in tissue). The colour was perfect and the fascinator was extremely well made.

A fascinator for every colour outfit. Well crafted and pleased with the lime colour which was true to the picture on the website. It arrived safely packaged.

After being let down by another supplier...they went out of way to help with last minute order. Sent pics of colours to match they chatted on WhatsApp and as promised all arrived next day. Encouraged me take some options knowing could return the ones didn't use. Told everyone at wedding how great they were will go nowhere else again. So many compliments on my headgear

So much selection. I managed to find a fascinator and bag duo so I didn't have to worry about matching colours myself. Very happy with the delivery and the quality of the products. Woukd recommend.
