Have used them since they opened in Alloa for tyre's always had 1st class service

Booked my latest MOT at my local Farmer Autocare. Online booking and advance payment was helpful.
Original booking was subsequently cancelled due to a fault with hydraulic ramp but fortunately rebooked before expiry date.
MOT carried out efficiently and I received a call to inform me that car was ready for collection.
The cost was also lower than other garages in the locality.
Recommended.

Fantastic garage. They treat you with respect, are efficient and their customer service is second to none. As a woman garages can be scary places but this place treats you right.

Booking concept was simple, open appointment between 12-5pm I went for 12pm took as hour as it was quite busy however there’s a seated area for customers staff were very helpful and efficient.

They were quick, efficient and friendly. Booking my MOT online was so easy, with lots of appointment availability. When I arrived on the day, there was plenty of parking with lots of space, which was a bonus. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free.

Great service at Musselburgh Farmers. Turned up in my allocated slot, spoke with John & Jason, John made sure everything was as I requested in my online purchase, took my keys and I got my new tyres fitted. Didn’t have too long to wait. Staff all pleasant and friendly.

Had issues with tyres i needed resolved as quickly as possible, Steven and the staff at the Falkirk branch was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Couldnt ask for better service. Highly recommend them.

Brian and Jack gave me prompt attention and explained well the issue with my tyre. Offered me a coffee and were quick in resolving my issue. No hesitation in recommending a garage with repeated good service.

Had a warning light come on saying tyre pressures were needing attention. Was 5:40 on a Monday evening and your staff just told me to drive in. Knowing I just needed my tyres checked over and blown up there was no issue at all.
Had the tyres blown up and back on the road within 10 minutes.
I suffered a personal loss this week and the two young men I dealt with tonight were brilliant. Please thank them for taking one problem off the table.

Came in for two new tyres and asked them to look at a wobbly exhaust. They fitted some new clips and got it sorted. This is what builds trust when going to a garage - they could've said a whole new exhaust, but they fixed it for no charge whilst the tyres were being done. Will definitely be back.

Hi. Not sure if there is a lack of staff but the service I booked was only done tge following day. It has happened to 4 people I know. I also tried calling for an update a few times but the phone just rings waited 5 minutes with no answer. My car has a dashboard countdown of days to the next service but it was not cleared so overtime I turn the key im reminded my service is now over 360 days. Quite annoying. For £300 I feel its not worth it.
