Friendly, efficient service. A pleasure to do business with. When product ordered was out of stock and was needed urgently a suitable relacement was sent - at no extra charge - and arrived next day.

Dreadful company with zero customer service. I paid £23.38 for an item that arrived promptly but was way too big - bigger than the size 10 it was supposed to be. Delivery charge was £5.50 and the return postage was £4.69. The item was returned on Sept 5th and after chasing twice I received a refund of £11.88 on Sept 18th. They took a 15% restocking fee from the £23.38 which included the p&p and didn't refund the VAT. After a protracted debate on the phone they did agree to also refund the restocking fee and the VAT but I'm still more than £10 out of pocket. I will never order from them again and recommend that you look elsewhere for your supplies.

Item cam after expected delivery date not functional! Had to wait two weeks for pick up . At same time other item was expected to be delivered in 7 days had to chase them while trying to get defected item picked up and was told we don’t have delivery date and don’t know when you’d receive it ! Even though I was given delivery date when purchased! Rubbish sellers poor communication and then tried to worm out giving me a refund for defected item and now I’m out of pocket until they supposedly check its functionality. I have told my employers and colleagues how usesles at his company is and not to buy from them

Rapid delivery, product and price were excellent

Bunch of jokers, Doesnt have stock but still listed items and keeping changing the delivery date with lame excuses, when you dont have stock then why you are listing items and taking money? Why don't you put out of stock notice ?

I am sorry that no steps were taken at your end to facilitate this order, and you waited till you received the parcel back before taking action, my email being ignored when I advised you that the parcel won’t be released by the shop because of error on the part of courier company.

For a medical supply company, this is unacceptable and I am afraid we wouldn’t be placing any further orders with you.

Brilliant company to work with, very fast response time and huge selection of stock. Roshni has been a huge help with sorting ourt my order and getting delivery out to me by next day.

Farla medical have been brilliant and super quick with their email reply's. I received my product on time (next day after I placed the order) and can say the quality of the Masks and Hand Sanitiser was good value for the money. Will definitely be ordering from them again and thank you to Kamal for her help.

Ordered a large quantity of Masks , Hand Sanitiser spray along with some gloves. Delivery arrived within 48 hours and all the products were very good quality.

Ordered "Nonin 9550 Onyx II Digital Finger Pulse Oximeter".
Invoice number 534870 dated 09/06/2020.

Dispatching were very fast, so i thought there would be no problem.
And guess what i got inside DHL box?
Empty case from that oximeter inside plastic zip bag with label "Nonin 9550 Onyx II with carry case" over it.
Well, i was ordering just oximeter without any carry case and there were no signs, that box was opened/damaged in transit.

Even though I've made order via PayPal, now it is impossible to prove, that there were no oximeter inside box at the first place.

$300+ are lost.

Ordered a pack of 50 face masks costing over £50 and when doing so surprisingly I received no order confirmation, all I had was my PayPal transaction. Website stated a dispatch date, however over a week after this I still had not received neither the masks or any communication. I emailed Farla and a few days later, I received a dispatch confirmation email but no direct response to my email. Masks eventually arrived, however the first one lasted no more than 2 minutes before the end of one of the loops became detached from the mask. Tried a second, however the loop became detached before even having the chance to use it.

I emailed Farla straight away asking for a response and solution to resolve the obvious batch of faulty masks. Over a week later and following two further emails from myself, I have still had no response whatsoever. I will now be looking to recover my costs via PayPal or my visa card company.

My advice would be to AVOID Farla Medical.
