The quality of service they provided me and also the agent contact me about making sure that I had interinary

Great experience with James. I was able to secure ticket that was cheaper than anything I was able to find on the internet.
It was my first time using Farecorner.com and I was worried but it turned out great.

I was worried because it took longer to receive my confirmation but Paris reassured me the confirmation was coming. Paris was wonderful and she even called me back like she said she would. Paris provided excellent customer service.

Mike called me to help me with my seat assignments.
that was real nice of him because other agents will not do this, the most important thing that Mike did was to call me via phone to make sure I we satisfied with my trip seats excellent work..

Paris is very polite and patient dealing with her customers like me when I posed several questions. She didn't even sound frustrating whenever I got her on the phone. She would gently explain to me in a way that makes sense. Thank you for commendable service.

I have recieved the confirmation number that I have booked.

Thank you so much. Paris Jackson was helping us and she was very professional and helpful. We will use your company as needed

Paris did a wonderful job and we were very satisfied with her service. we gave her a five star rating without any reservation

Jerry was very helpful with finding the flights I needed at a good price.
Was a bit worrisome only because you don’t get a confirmed booking for 24 hours after you make the reservation with them and also because the site says u have a 24 hour cancellation period but when u go to check out it says u have only 2 hours unless you pay an additional non refundable fee for q EA arch ticket if you want 24 hours. I called in on that and Jerry did check and called me back telling me he would hold a reservation for 24 hours before I book it non the site.
Also be very sure of your travel dates as the tickets are MUCH more expensive if you call back to change your date even if it’s the next day on the exact same itinerary just in a different day. All in all, I would recommend farecorner and will check fares here again next time I travel.
But I will also research thoroughly before calling here as I did find tickets for 45.00 less after I booked here.

Representative was able to complete my order in a fast and reliable manner. Representative was very polite, knowledgeable and happy to help.

good communication, nice customer service, reasonable ticket prices

It was very good service. Rose was very helpful in our requests and gave us good feedback. Appreciated her service very much. I am confident that if I would call again, I would receive good service. Prices were the best.
