Charge me 700 for a 1500 light. They are a fraud

THIS IS A SCAM. THEY SOLD ME A TICKET, CHANGED TO ANOHTHER AIRLINE, SOLD ME ANOHTER TICKET, CHANGED TO ANOTHER AIRLINE, CHANGED TO ANOTHER AIRLINE. WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT THE TICKET HAD BEEN CANCELLED. I HAD TO BUY A TICKET ON THE SPOT. WORST AGENCY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT USE.

Farebuzzer is a fraud . Do not risk using this fraudulent company. They charged me for a ticket from Costa Rica to Utah . I arrived at the counter with Delta and learned the ticket was marked as fraudulent and Delta refunded the ticket back to farebuzzer. I had to repurchase a ticket at the Delta counter . Farebuzzer still has not returned my money and when I call they place me on hold and later disconnect . DO NOT GET SCAMMED! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! I am still in dispute with them and my bank to get my money refunded. They are horrible! They are scammers!

I would give them negative stars if I could. Made a booking online, they called to say the flight was no longer available at that price, I foolishly went ahead and booked with them at a higher rate. It has been a day and a half and their are no tickets issued yet. I call and they are rude and have no reasonable explanation of the process.

There are so many online reviews saying people did not get their tickets after waiting days or that they experienced credit card fraud after their experience with them. Any good reviews usually come from people who have not reviewed anything else and it is very suspicious. They operate under at least 4 different names. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Never go to this agency / website. They are not having any access to any air flight companies for booking. Sharing my experience here 👇

I booked my 2 air tickets and paid fully on July 29th but got response same day when I paid that PNR number or ticket number or confirmation of booking will be delivered 15-20 hrs before departure. This is totally mental torture. When called 20 hrs before departure and they informed that no confirmation. You can’t play with our money and mesh up our business scheduled travel plan. Over the phone they are telling that different ticket we will try but will take another 2 hours to confirm. I don’t understand why you guys are doing business like this. If you are not having proper access, reliable platform and efficient staff then how you guys have rights to do such ticketing business? This is not the game you are playing with majority of customers by using their advance money and not giving right away same day within 15-20 minutes confirmation of booking number. How you guys are calculating fare and assuming to have confirmation through airlines ? I have to go to business bureau and to shut down your this bullish business practice. Expedia or Travelocity or Hotwire all are in same business and never had such issues. I also researched review of your company and one recent review pasting below my signature. That guy also have same issue. Means you guys have taken liberty to play with customer money and in future misuse our card information without giving confirmed ticket ?? Who is your director or person who runs this type of business ? I am going to sue you for all loss and mental torture for 1 million dollar now.

If you have your legal department then I like to have their email and like to sue you guys for all loss I have it due to all your bogus practices and playing with customer money and time.

Awaiting reply from board of directors authority now.

If I could give Zero stars I would. This company is a total scam. I’ve been trying to get my credit for a United Flight and I get tossed back and forth to agents. No one who answers the phone is capable of giving me any information. I’m told to call back and then I do and they take my name and tell me I’ll get a call back which I don’t. Meanwhile ticket prices are going up.
Overall a very, very disappointing experience. I’m not sure where they are based, but they should be shut down for consumer fraud.

This place is a scam! They claimed to help me with a name change but did not! All they did was put a note in the airlines system, which does not help TSA!!!

Please Don't trust those good fake reviews This is actually scammers supposedly they work for a travel agency but they only want to get you credit card information with another link they email you

BEWARE! These guys are scammers from India. They pretend to work for the airlines but they are only out for your credit card information.

DONT TRUST THE FAKE REVIEWS!
They are Indian scammers. They will call you and harass you and never send you your tickets. I dispute it right away with my bank and got my money back

My representative Max did a great job helping me with my first experience traveling with Delta airlines. Everything was ok the plane was clean, the service was good thank you all.

This place is a scam… they will cancel your reservation and then Paul a supervisor will sit and tell you how it’s all your fault and will not help you unless you acknowledge to him that it’s your fault.. I was even cussed at by him. They ended up charging my card several times for the flight and charged me an amount for their own fee!! My son ended up not making the flight after 3hrs of hell talking to them.
