Support takes a week
Emailed them about a billing thing and got a generic robot reply a week later. They sorted it but the wait was ridiculous.

This girl was real. And her smile on the photo made me laugh. So many of these girls don't smile. That's a key for me right to my heart. This is the only one I responded to out of all I've recieved.
