It’s been a beautiful experience working with F&P, They provide top-notch quality healthcare services to the service users and we the carers are well properly trained on how to carry out our duties and how to be professional in all dealings. I would say Jazib and Mathew have been so helpful in our daily tasks by providing adequate and prompt information on tasks ahead. F@P stands out amongst other healthcare providers because its unique and their services are efficient to the service users.

While my overall experience has been positive, I would encourage the shift coordinators to adopt a more transparent and communicative approach in handling shift allocation or reassignment. Timely communication and a fair allocation process in all services Frank and Partners covers. As this would help mitigate any potential issues among the field staff and ensure a smoother workflow.

Suggestions for Improvement:
