Susanna, I apologize for the confusion. Our website will state next day, 2 day or 2-4 day, etc "shipment", which means it will ship - or leave the warehouse - next day, 2 days, etc. The time of delivery is not stated of the website...nor can we promise delivery times, especially during this pandemic season when many delivery services were definitely behind and taking extended time to deliver. I see your part was delivered on Monday, so I hope everything is working properly and you are satisfied with the part.
Permasalt Pool Chemicals

The purchase went fine;however I never received any kind of confirmation the item shipped until I had to email a few times.
Also we were really disappointed to see that the brackets did not come with the swing so we can’t even use it. They should be advertise much better on the website - that it doesn’t come with brackets

Sara, I am happy to hear the purchase and product were satisfactory. When the items are not located within our facility and need to be shipped from a vendor, unfortunately we have no control of their communication nor do we receive shipping updates from them. We agree that would be a great service for them to offer. Enjoy your new items and we hope to serve you well in the future.
Great service

Wonderfully simple
Ordered gorilla pad late on a wednesday. Had the package on my doorstep Saturday. Packaged well. Such an easy transaction, wish all companies could operate this way.
