We offer a range of solutions tailored to each individual’s needs, including traditional Debt Management Plans (DMPs), debt settlement options for those who may benefit, and our exclusive DualTrack Repayment Plan, which combines structured repayment with strategic settlement when appropriate. For clients who are unable to repay all debts at once, we also offer our Priority Pay Plan, designed to help manage limited resources while addressing the most urgent financial obligations. Our approach focuses not only on resolving debt, but also on long-term financial health through budgeting, education, and behavior-based strategies. As a nonprofit credit counseling agency, our mission is to provide honest, practical solutions that work in the real world. We work directly with creditors to help reduce interest rates and fees when possible, while supporting our clients every step of the way. Extremely Helpful Company
I am just now getting started on the Debt Management Plan and they have been so helpful! I have been getting quotes from a few nin profits and Family Credit Management has been the most affordable and most responsive. They allow you to use call text or email and they don't blow your phone up with calls. Every other place I had looked at required a call or they would call multiple times. I even had one where it took 3 days for me to even get connected because they only had one phone number and the wait time to get connected was average of 39 minutes to an hour and it was a different person each time. With Family Credit Management, I have been assigned one person the whole time, I was able to do everything on my time and get emails/texts, and they have be so helpful. Megan Wyss is my contact and she has been absolutely amazing! She has been so helpful and knowledgeable in this process. I already feel a weight lifted in a stressful situation. I am very excited to begin this journey!

This has been the most smoothist process that we have ever experienced. Customer service has been fantastic from the beginning to the end of the process. We are so happy and satisfied.
