I saw the ad on Facebook and I am always a little skeptical when it is there. But I took a chance. I am so glad I did. When I received the finished product, I did not know how to react. It was beautiful. It was emotional for me. It was perfect. I was a little skeptical to see what my husband's reaction would be. He LOVED it. Thank you so much for turning out photo into a work of art. We love it. We also received the product within 7 days (from order to receipt)

My husband passed away suddenly in February 2026 and I ordered from family present -a photo of he and myself taken last summer. It came very quickly. It was easy to order. When I opened the box, I started crying but they were happy memory tears. It is absolutely gorgeous and I’ll treasure it forever top-notch website. Thank you so much.

I ordered a custom gift and paid for expedited processing and shipping only for me to have to reach out to the company to learn that not only was it delayed but when it finally arrived, they didn’t include all of the items I ordered. Even the two images that I purchased did not receive digital options for both until I asked. Communication with this company has been awful.

My canvas in the watercolor style is beautiful. Great result from a selfie. It arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and the quality is excellent. I could not be happier.

Our Experience with Family Present was absolutely wonderful. The pictures we sent in of our 4 dogs, Cooper,Blitz,Gracie Mae and last but not least by any means Spud. Spud is the only one we having living now. Gracie Mae was his sister and they both were 8 years old, he has really been lost without her. The picture brought me so many great memories of her and the others. I was totally shocked that the pictures looked exactly like them all!! The work was incredible and the pictures were so clear I could see Gracie’s tongue stuck out. The prices are very reasonable for the high quality you receive in each piece.
I also received a surprise from my husband for 2 additional prints of 2 things we had done along our marriage. They were excellent and so very special. I will order again from Family Present in the near future I’m sure. Also the customer service is excellent and the prints arrive in a timely matter.
I am going to try the poster like on the next ones I receive.

There was a small glitch with my order, but customer service was outstanding in responding to my inquiry about my order and in making it right. I would highly recommend ordering from this company. I have ordered twice and the completed print is beautiful both times.

My framed print is beautiful! We are over the moon happy with the print and the lovely way it is framed. My first plan was to save and frame it myself. I am so glad I had it professionally framed by familypresent. We celebrated our 10th year wedding anniversary with a trip to Hawaii. I took my wedding dress with hope that we could find someone to use my phone and take pictures of us on the beach at sunset. We were blessed to find an amateur photographer to help us. I used one of those photos praying it could be used for a print. The results were amazing! Just stunning! You will not be disappointed. I ordered 3 copies of a picture. The ordering process was easy and processing was quick. There was a delay with USPS shipping/tracking and I contacted customer service. The response was fast and communication was great. Order arrived and our family was well pleased with finished prints.

I had an issue with regard to the delay in shipping that I believe was tied to the Postal Service. I sent a request to Family Present over the weekend and was surprised and pleased to get an immediate response and follow up. We received the beautiful watercolor print of our dog shortly after. I highly recommend Family Present and will use them again for any photography we would like to have done in the future
