Ivylue is a person who instantly put you at ease. When my aunt died some months ago, it was a shock to the family and Ivylue was given the responsibility to sort out the funeral arrangements. She instantly accept the task and handled everything with such professionalism.

It was such a delicate time for the family, but Ivylue showed that she understood what we were going through. She encouraged, advised and went above and beyond in dealing with the family’s needs. She made herself available for regular meetings, even out of office hours. Nothing was ever too hard for her. She was so caring and sympathetic towards the need of the family. Even in choosing the casket as the grave was an old one and doesn’t cater to modern day casket sizes, but Ivylue made sure that the family got the right size, and shape and for this we were truly grateful.

Thank you Ivylue for being so understanding, kind, caring and compassionate. If only other funeral directors were as compassionate as you, so many families would feel so much more comfort during their time of loss.

I just pray that her business will grow from strength to strength as she continues to help the bereaved in their time of distress and grief.

It was blessing and a privilege to be introduced to Falconer Funeral Director Ivylue on a very sad occasion for myself and family. Ivylue was by our-side through the whole process of laying my Uncle Joe to rest. We were treated with the utmost respect, compassion and patience in our hour of need. At the very worst time in my life Ivylue and her colleagues were there for me every step of the way. What else do I need to say?. We cried together, we laughed together and we ensured that my darling husband received the very best, personalised, touching and professionally executed memorial service that anyone could wish for. Which is one of the most hardest days of my life. I would just like to say. A huge Thank you . We had the best send off possible for my dad. Thanks to ivy and her team. Absolutley amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond. Made it very intimate and personal from the moment we met her. Very welcoming and helpful through out all the little touches made the biggest impact.. Would definatley recommend ivy and her team. By the end of it all we became really close and still stay in contact. Keep it up. Doing amazing. Love to you all xx
