Toothbrush stopped working after a couple months. Contacted fairywill via email and was assured that a replacement would be sent. 3 months and many emails later I still haven’t received the replacement.
If you are considering buying from fairywill then I seriously advise you not to. They are useless. So many people have had the same experience.

If you think you might need to return a Fairywill product, then buy it elsewhere because their customer service is essentially nonexistent. The phone number listed on their website is out of service (or at least unable to receive calls due to a full mailbox?). Attempting to email is a waste of time due to extremely limited English as well as the big difference in time zones between the US and China. And that's if you get a response at all. With the fact that prices are cheaper if you buy elsewhere, then why would you even consider Fairywill.com? I know I won't again.

Total scam! I ordered a water flosser and was sent a spool of wire! $41.00 for a spool of wire that probably costs $4.00. I tracked the package and when it arrived, it was in a box that had no indication what company made it or anything. I emailed customer support twice and marketing once and have never gotten any response. I will try and get a refund through my credit card company at this point.

Bought a toothbrush and water flosser set, both barely lasted 6 months. Took the issue up with their customer service which was even worse than the product. After constantly chasing them up about replacements I gave up and asked for a refund, only for them to conveniently say they shipped the replacement by which point I'd moved addresses and they refuse to refund me. Not worth the hassle at all, stick with the known brands who will at least honour their guarantees.

i like their electric toothbrush, but they have zero curomer service. and when i say zero, i mean that they don't answer emails and when i called the phone number listed on their website i got a message saying the voice mailbox was full. very disappointing.

Bought a toothbrush from this company on 9/14 and was pleasantly surprised to receive it on 9/16. However I was less pleasantly surprised when it quit working completely by 9/30. I’ve emailed twice, used their online form twice, and tried to contact them through PayPal.

No response whatsoever. Apparently the “extended” two year warranty is worthless.

Bad customer service. Toothbrush stopped working after 2 months. Can’t not get in touch with fairywill via email or with telephone calls. No response.

Fairy will site is useless totally ignore emails not interested toothbrush not working under guarantee still but never reply buy something else instead not fairy will they will never reply to you crap

Basically getting 1 star because It’s not possible to give zero. For starters, I bought two electric toothbrushes, one part of a set with a water flossed. Having read the reviews I thought this looks like a great alternative to Philips sonic. Both stopped working within days of each other after merely using it for a couple of weeks. I contacted the head office and was offered a refund in return for video evidence to prove it was not working. This was in June. It is now nearly September and I have been told the payment system is out and offered Amazon vouchers which I agreed to and still have not received. Clearly no Quality check is done on the products and the service is trash. I’ve basically been waiting 1/4 of a year to get a refund on two faulty products from Fairywill. Quick to take your money but slow to consider the fact that they are selling faulty products to the customer. Amazon would want to start doing QA on their vendors and also seek to ensure consumers protection rights are abided by. I will be pursuing this further because its just not right.

Ordered: 14 April 2021.
I called my local courier. My order was not even processed since the above mentioned date! Fairywill has stopped replying to my messages. Where is my order!?!

Update - Fairlywill got back in touch; there was an national holiday which was the reason why they did not reply.

After a few emails in conversation, they sent a replacement toothbrush unit (full unit) without charge. This was delivered within 2 days. Great!

My only issue is that they could have notified the support email with a reply for out of office so I could be informed about the late reply.

Awful, I can only echo the comments of the previous one star reviewer. There is no method to contact fairywill support. After my toothbrush fault having the brush 3 months I wanted to raise a RMA. I have sent several emails to there sales and support emails but they haven't responded. It has been 3 weeks +.

After a few weeks, the brush's battery was not keeping its charge. I emailed Fairywill ten days ago and have not received a reply. On their website, the chat function has been offline for days, so they suggest to send a message with your email address and that they would get back within hours. So I tried that and it has been over two days; I have yet to hear back from them. They also do not list a phone number on their website. They are very difficult to get in touch with.

D7 Sonicare electric toothbrush. A fraction of the price of Philips. Just as effective at cleaning and much more comfortable to use.
