We honestly couldn’t recommend Robin highly enough! From the very beginning, he was absolutely fantastic and made the whole process of selling our home so much easier.

His knowledge, professionalism and advice when putting our house on the market were invaluable. We had complete trust in him from day one, and that trust certainly paid off! The marketing was outstanding, from the beautifully presented advert to the fantastic video he put together to showcase our home. The results spoke for themselves, as we secured buyers on the very first day of viewings!

We’ve dealt with Fairmonts a couple of times now, having previously bought a property through them, and more recently using them to sell our house and also purchase our new home. So we’ve had plenty of dealings with Jack and Robin, and we’ve been really impressed throughout.

We mostly dealt with Jack, who was brilliant from start to finish. He was always really responsive, whether that was replying to WhatsApps or taking our calls when we needed him. He was honest, approachable and always happy to help, which made a potentially stressful process a lot easier.

There were a few challenges along the way, as there always seem to be when you’re dealing with a chain, but Jack was great at helping to sort things out quickly and keeping everyone moving in the right direction. This was especially important towards the end, as we needed everything to happen on time to keep the whole chain together, and he really helped make that happen.

Robin was also very much involved behind the scenes and was always approachable and helpful whenever we dealt with him. It was clear that they were working together to keep everything on track, and we really appreciated the effort from both of them.

Having now bought and sold through Fairmonts, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They’re a really friendly, honest and responsive team who genuinely seem to care about getting things done and helping their clients.

We've met Fairmonts actually when looking at another house and once we were deciding on who to use to sell ours, it was not even a question - we went with Robin and Jack. They have the 'no-nonsense', direct approach, very proactive and on top of things. Nothing was 'not my job' for them, and I can honestly say without them the process would have lasted way longer & been even more stressful. Without any hesitation we will be recommending them (as we are hoping not to have to move again ;).
