Excellent service, caring about the customer, his needs and his objectives.

Das Abonnement wird automatisch ohne Vorankündigung verlängert. Da wir die Plattform nicht regelmässig nutzen, da die Läden selbst gar nicht das Format nutzen (mehrfach einzelne Geschäfte direkt angerufen und nachgefragt) wollten wir am Kündigungstag aus dem Vertrag aussteigen. Leider ist Fairling's Kundenmanagement da
überhaupt nur an ihrem Umsatz interessiert und zeigt null Kulanz. EMPFEHLE jedem Produzenten/Label/Händler eine andere Alternative wie Mercavus anzufragen, B2B über Amazon, oder einfach direkt Mailing - anrufen hilft auch. Es hatte an sich gut mit dem Team begonnen, aber die Erfahrung nicht aus dem Vertrag zu kommen, ist für einen Online Anbieter wahnsinnig schlecht und ich möchte alle warnen, nutz euer Geld besser um eure Kunden zu finden, den der Preis des Ganzen ist völlig überzogen.

I've really enjoyed using Fairling so far, they have been extremely helpful in getting me started on my setting up my profile and creating my first ad : )

Very honest, straightforward and helpful team. The investment is relatively small and affordable but 2 months later and after 2 orders we are still nowhere near in paying it off. We are hoping the more the platform grows, the more countries added in the store portfolio more exposure and orders will come.
Our biggest challenge as a brand in an online wholesale platform is how to build trust for the quality of our products.

Really great and clever way to get in contact with our target group. It takes some time to make an ad but the results will pay off.

I had a call twice with sophia and I was helped very well. She knew everything clearly and well to tell but also had good and nice tips for improvement on our page.

I've just joined Fairling a week ago, but I have to say I am already satisfied with the service I am getting. From the start, Sophia has been more than generous with information regarding Fariling, how it works, what my benefits can be, about the possibilities. I've decided to first try it for 3 months, as I am a small business, and hopefully the outcome of these 3 months will be productive so that I can continue to be a part of the Fairling family. And it's a huge family so I am truly happy to be here. I've done some work, tweeking my profile, making sure I use the best photos and as much information as I can, so that the stores can identify with my work. I hope I'm not to optimistic when I say, that now it's just a matter of time before I start getting e-mails and calls ;) And this wouldn't be possible without a great team that is Fairling. Der Onboarding Call war sehr profesionell und freundlich. Bisher sind wir mit dem service sehr zufrieden.

I like that I always have Fairlings support, whenever I have any questions I know I can just send them an email and they will help me.
I think they are very flexible. I haven't really started my shop yet but I hope this cooperation will be succeful!
