Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Mok was prompt at returning calls and courteous. The deal he found for us saved us a lot of money while getting similar and improved benefits compared to our previous company. Kanwal is very knowledgeable about the health funds. He has been able to provide us with a recommendation that is far cheaper and which covers more extras. Kanwal patiently answered all my questions and he made me feel very comfortable with the decision I made to switch our health fund to the one recommended.
