Faces has been an absolutely fantastic products provider. The prescribers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help, which makes such a difference in practice. The service is consistently excellent—efficient, reliable, and professional from start to finish. If a delivery ever goes missing, they’re on it straight away and resolve the issue quickly, which gives real peace of mind. I couldn’t recommend Faces enough to anyone looking for a trustworthy and high-quality provider.

I’ve been using Faces for over a year now. I love how easy it is to get used to the calendar and booking system. Being able to share my booking link definitely helps me get extra custom.

I am so pleased that I was introduced to this app on my course (Jessica Megan). It does everything that you need! Bookings, forms, shop for products, prescribers...the lot! And it's FREE!! I am absolutely non technical and even the simplest of technical tasks blow my mind but Carren in customer services has went above and beyond to help me, not just for one day but until the matter was resolved, could not praise her enough
If you’re considering using Faces……do it everything about it is outstanding and the biggest hype - a human helps you if you need it and not some bot

It is absolutely brilliant to hear how much of a difference Faces has made as you start your journey after training. Transitioning from a course to running your own clinic can be a bit of a whirlwind, so having an "all-in-one" platform that handles the bookings, the shop, and the prescribers for free is a massive result.

I absolutely love using the Faces app…
I absolutely love using the Faces app for my beauty and aesthetics business. It has genuinely made running my clinic so much easier and more organised. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and keeps everything in one place, which saves me so much time day-to-day.
One of my favourite features is the shop, being able to order products quickly and conveniently through the app is a huge plus. Even better is the seamless link with a prescriber, which makes the prescribing process smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
Another feature I really value is being able to easily access medical forms, consent forms, and send aftercare instructions electronically to my clients. It keeps everything professional, organised, and ensures clients always have the information they need.
