Poor delivery and customer service
I was not informed of delivery times or slots and after a failed attempt to deliver the parcel was returned and I had to pay again for postage which was already high. I spend over £100 on products without free postage. If I cancelled my order I would be charged nearly £20 on top. I sent several email without response and was asked to message on WhatsApp only. I do not like to use messaging for anything but personal messages but was forced to do so as I could not trace my parcel after attempting to check the status for a whole week.

As per review delivery information is always sent by text or email confirmation as its send by the delivery service as well as our systems once the order is packed. Your order was returned due to several attempts made by FedEx as you can view the delivery link below, and we do charge a redelivery fees delivery was attempted several times as costs due occur. As cancellation was requested we do charge as our a little fee and conditions below and linked as return costs from delivery services are applied as several attempts were made to deliver the parcel. We do respond to every email and WhatsApp as urgent within a 24 hour time frame. Tracking was always available to you as it was provided and will be below. Also when you had paid redelivery and requested a re delivery it was to a different address, would question why.
