Harder than it had to be today.....
The second rep I spoke to was very helpful, but for some reason I struggled today with the website. I have ordered before but it wouldn't allow me to order a set of scrubs with my VIP Credit.
The first person I spoke with talked to me like I didn't know anything. The second one was very helpful and quickly added what I wanted to my cart and applied the VIP credit and I was good to go.

For the most part, it was an easy streamlined experience. Able to select what category I’m interested in with minimal searching and find exactly what I wanted.

Great customer service and the clothes are good quality
I've been a Fabletics VIP member since 2016 and they have never disappointed me. The customer service is wonderful. When I need to rerurn or exchange anything there are no questions asked. The only thing I would change is the courier company for deliveries to Canada, my deliveries take over 2 weeks to be delivered.
