The customer service is excellent. When I placed my order, the app submitted the wrong version. I immediately emailed customer service and within 24 hours they responded and corrected my order with the right version before it went to print. I am really happy with my purchase and most definitely will place another order. I highly recommend.

The artistic recreations are beautifully done and the canvas prints are very high quality.

I absolutely love my portrait of Alan my cat. What a great company, I had a few issues (all my fault) and they couldn't have been more helpful. I would really recommend you visit and try it out your pets will never look better!!

I have ordered three portraits from them, and I was extremely impressed! The two portraits of my dog were magnificent and were printed on high quality paper. I love this company and their products! Their customer service is also top quality! Highly recommend!!

Being constantly harrased on Facebook with adverts from this company, I finally decided to give it a try.
I gave 4 photos to be transformed.
After transformation some where nice but some others were rather ugly.
On one of them I even came with a 3rd arm!
You definitely need to make some progress guys and I am not ready to give a single Euro for such a poor work.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, who helped out initially when my ordered print wasn’t as sharp as it could have been, so before processing they sharpened it up and resent for approval before printing.

Then when my order was lost by the courier, they quickly arranged a replacement. Thanks so much!

My baby came from the local pound. She was skinny, fur matted and very dirty. After her clean up she deserved this portrait as she is now treated like royalty! I absolutely love this photo. It is going to hang in my office at work. Most of the office have already met her and fallen in love so I can't wait to see the reactions.

Great communication. Accidently ordered the wrong size and they helped me get the right one. Their AI really catches the essence of people and pets.

The initial portrait featuring my granddaughters and myself was exceptional, prompting me to commission a full family portrait. I subsequently purchased two $39 packages. Unfortunately, the subsequent portraits were a significant disappointment. I exhausted all my credits on rectifying editing errors, such as the inclusion of individuals not present in my uploaded photos, including additional children and an extra woman. Furthermore, due to the similar appearance of two of my sons, the AI replicated one of their faces twice. I was compelled to utilize additional credits to attempt a correction, which ultimately resulted in an unrecognizable individual.

I contacted customer service, and they provided three credits to address the issue; however, I was unable to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Subsequently, I sent an email to customer service but received no response. Consequently, I believe this service to be a misrepresentation. I am profoundly disappointed, as I was initially enthusiastic about purchasing two portraits. While the portrait of my granddaughters and myself was outstanding, I feel that my investment was largely squandered, as I now possess images of unrecognizable individuals that do not resemble my family. I am extremely dissatisfied and would advise potential customers to carefully consider their purchases. I have also cautioned my friends and family against utilizing this service, given the lack of responsiveness from customer service. This experience has been a considerable waste of resources.

Amazing! So much fun and realistic

Tried it out and had managed to edit to a picture I wanted to buy and the site stopped. It said it had saved my work but when I reloaded it was gone. I tried to recreate the image of my four dogs but the site said I ran out of credits.

A fantastic idea but the edit requests did not always work but still used up the credits. An awful pity as I have multiple dogs and horses that I would have purchased multiple hi-res downloads of if I was able to edit sufficiently. I am reluctant to purchase a pack as I am unsure if I would be limited with the edits and if so would I lose out on my purchase with something I was not quite happy with.
I also would have recommended it to many friends, and bought some as gifts for others, if there was more freedom with the edits etc.
