Advertised a certain item from what was on sale and I was sent something different.
* it states it is available in 3 different designs chose at random. However, the frog is not in stock at all so there should not be a picture on there of it.

Hi. Thank you for your review.
I am sorry you are unhappy with the pet toy you were sent.
We have not sent you something different. It does state on the website listing that it is an assorted design, and you have been sent one of these designs. This is clearly advertised.
Many Thanks

Don’t use if you live in Scotland!
Potential to be a great place to buy online however this site is one of those that sadly scams people that live in Scotland charging extortionate rates that are completely unjustified. I work for a UK postal company and therefore know it costs no extra to ship to Scotland. Website also continually sends emails about free delivery if you spend a certain amount of money. Additionally it states clearly that this offer applies to mainland Britain only. As l live in Inverness (clearly in mainland Britain) l should be included in this but still get stung for a £9.99 shipping fee per order. So why use them? Because l am purchasing a discontinued item that l can’t buy anywhere else. Once this is gone l will no longer use this website.
Edit: Thank you for your reply and l appreciate your comments regarding higher charges for shipping to some areas however as l mentioned in my original review as an employee of a well known royal backed uk wide parcel company (which is coincidentally the company you are using) l can confirm there is no justification for extra charges as it costs no extra to ship to mainland Scotland. Any explanation for you changing extra therefore would be appreciated!

Hi.
Thank you for your review.
I am sorry you are not happy with the postal charges.
We do make customers aware that postal charges to the Scottish Highlands, Islands as well as Channel Islands and Northern Ireland incur a higher charge. Please message us if you would like us to opt you out of receiving marketing emails, or alternatively there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom if you wish to no longer receive emails. Unfortunately when we send the emails we do not know whether you would eligible for free shipping.
Many Thanks
