I bought my Monza GP tickets through TicketsGP (F1italy) and overall had a great experience. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tickets arrived quite late before the event, which worried me a bit, but everything worked out perfectly in the end.

I made my order and then i red the reviews (not the best decition) and started to be worried. However immediatelly i contacted the customer care for F1Italy and they were super helpfull. Initially i wanted a refund but they convinced me to wait and at the end everything went smoothly and i enjoyed F1 in Monza. Very recommended even if the reviews are bad sometimes.

Bought Grandstand tickets 6 months before the Monza GP and booked flights and accommodation at a total cost of over £2000. A planned 70th birthday treat.
Arrived at the circuit early on Sunday 7th September to be told that the tickets were for general admission only. At our ages, fighting with over 100,000 other fans for a place 6 deep all around the circuit was not an option, so we left without seeing anything at all. The company admitted it's error but will only refund €150 (the difference between general admission and Parabolica tickets we had paid for (€658). Disgraceful! I intend to pursue a full refund,

Très mécontent de la prestation, a 1 mois du grand prix, il tous simplement annulé mes billets et mon proposé 3 choix inacceptable. A fuire

Online kaartje proberen te kopen maar site liep tot 2x vast en hierdoor betaling met creditcard ook waardoor ik nu ogenschijnlijk 5 ipv 2 kaarten heb gekocht.

Wel een bevestigingsmail ontvangen maar factuur volgt nog. Mail gestuurd over vergissing maar geen reactie. Telefonisch geprobeerd contact op te nemen maar telnr is geblokkeerd.
Ik weet nu geen raad, denk dat dit niet goed gaat komen.

Despite all the negative comments, I was satisfied with their customer service. They were responsive and resolved my problem with the delivery of the tickets within a few hours after my telephone call. They answered the phone and they replied to my e-mails as well.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Bought tickets for Monza 2024 F1 GP 2 months ago, just to learn yesterday that the site sold more tickets than there are seats. As compensation, I was offered a refund and therefore not experiencing the race or pay hundreds euros more for the tickets to different stands. The mistake was clearly on their site and as a company that values its customers, they should offer appropriate tickets with compensation without any extra charges. Will never buy anything again here.

Yo también he comprado las entradas y en principio sí que nos han contestado los correos y nos han mandado el extracto bancario y también los Tickets Voucher.
No creo que sea fraudulento. Pero en unos meses veremos…
En principio las entradas te las mandan un mes o hasta 10 días antes del Gran Premio más que nada o en teoría es para que no haya reventa.

Après confirmation du paiement par mail j ai essayé de les contacter pour plus d information mais le numéro sur leur site ne répond et aucun retour par mail à la demande
Je crains que ce site soit frauduleux !

I booked and paid for tickets for the formula 1 in Monza. I have received an email with no details of the tickets or any further information other. I have emailed tickets.gp 3 times for clarification on this and have not received a response as it of yet.
