EzyDog has been making dog gear from the Gold Coast since 1995. The business started with one product, the Cujo, the world's first shock-absorbing dog leash, built by founder Luke Hatcher from water ski rope and a shock cord in his garage. Thirty years later the range covers harnesses, leashes, collars, car restraints, lifejackets, beds, and outdoor gear. The engineering focus has not changed. Every product solves a specific problem: the Chest Plate Harness spreads load off the throat for dogs that pull; the Zero Shock leash absorbs sudden lunges so the walk stays comfortable; the DFD lifejacket keeps dogs visible and buoyant in the water. The gear is designed for Australian conditions and the people and dogs who use it here. EzyDog is family-owned, still run by the Hatcher family, and sells through independent pet specialty stores across Australia and globally.

Svar fra EzyDog
Hi Karen, we're sorry to hear your dog has been unwell. We just wanted to clarify that EzyDog doesn't sell any edible products for dogs, and we can see that your order was for personalised side labels. Could you please confirm whether this review was intended for EzyDog? We'd be happy to assist if you have any concerns regarding your order! 💚
XXS is suitable for a Chihuahua under 2kg 👌
The Team was very helpful in resolving my issue with not getting a code via email and then provided me with an additional discount.
Products arrived quickly; they look great, quality is excellent and both puppies love them.

Hi Samuel, we're very sorry to hear about the trouble with your delivery and understand how frustrating this must be.
Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, the delivery process is unfortunately in the hands of Australia Post and outside of our control.
After checking your order in Shopify, we noticed an alert indicating an issue with your shipping address. We've also checked the Australia Post tracking, which shows that your parcel is currently being returned to sender.
As soon as the parcel arrives back at our warehouse, we'll be in contact with you to confirm your address and make any necessary adjustments to ensure Australia Post can deliver it correctly.
We're sorry again for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get your order to you! 💚

Beautiful Harness and Lead
My dog loves his new purple harness and lead, and with his name tag people say his name when we walk past them. It’s a beautifully made product. The leash is great for him as he can’t get hurt when he pulls; it prevents both of us from getting jarred. Very happy with the product. Will by buying the same leash in black to match his other EzyDog harness.

We’re so glad your dog is loving his new purple harness and Zero Shock Leash! It’s lovely to hear the personalised labels are getting some attention on your walks and that the leash is making walks safer and more comfortable for you both. We really appreciate your wonderful feedback and hope you love the black leash just as much! 💜

These collars are great
These collars are great. Durable and functional. We like the thickness for our boofhead bully, & the material holds up to punching into it as we have an air tag on his collars. Got here quick and no fuss transaction. Bought direct as these collars hard to find in pet stores now.

Svar fra EzyDog
Hi Hajnalka, thanks so much for your feedback, and we're sorry the label sizing wasn't clearer on your first order. Each label size is designed to match a specific harness style and size, and we really appreciate you letting us know so we can make this easier to understand for future customers. We hope your puppy grows into it in no time! 🐾
