Very well made lead, with great delivery

We have used the dog leads for years so was looking at the website and discovered the dog beds! We have been on the lookout for a good quality orthopaedic bed for our Ridgeback dog...we ordered the Next Gen Ortho bed in XL on a Monday morning and it arrived Tuesday teatime. The bed is excellent! Very well made with great materials. It was a little pricey but its worth it as the cheaper ones on the market are definitely not up to standard and a lot claim to use memory foam and other orthopaedic filling but are actually rubbish!
Our dog loves his new bed!

My order arrived quicker than quoted. When I opened my parcel everything I received was so well packed and the quality of the product feels solid and so high end. It will probably last years of daily use!

It’s a brand that I’ve been using for more years than I care to admit or count.
I still have the original essentials collar, lead and harness I brought and still use it to this day. Despite loosing the dog that once wore it several years ago now. The set is still in incredibly good condition despite daily use.

I have also added to the collection of EzyDog products over the years with a few different colours and more recently the adjustable length leads. Which are 100% my new favourite leads! I don’t go anywhere without them now.
I also use the essentials chest plate harnesses as they fit my dogs really well which many brands don’t.
I also have a couple of the life jackets for my dogs which are brilliant and fit really well. Even on the mini daxie!

If you want a brand that will last and is affordable this is my absolute go to brand. Especially if you have a dog that doesn’t fit the adjustable style harnesses that other companies do.

The team have always been super helpful with questions and when I needed to change the sizing of one of the products I ordered it was done easily and quickly.

I ordered 2 x EzyDog Express harnesss with the up front front attachment rings. And received 2 x Cross Check Training harness. Why would I want the up front attachment rings for an Express harness if you put the wrong harness in the bag,

Rücksendelabel konnte nicht nach Bezahlung bei Paypal heruntergeladen werden,Support antwortete auf Nachfrage erst Tage später,zwischenzeitlich habe ich das Rücksendelabel auf der Internetseite runterladen können, muss man nur suchen,es gab keinen Hinweis dafür und jetzt wartet ich auf die Rücküberweisung.
Produkt war ok jedoch für meinen Hund nicht passend,Zeitfenster der Lieferung ist auch in Ordnung.

Ich hatte leider erst einige Probleme mit der Rücksendung, zum Glück konnte das gut gelöst werden vielen Dank dafür.
Das Produkt ist hochwertig gearbeitet und macht Spaß zu benutzen.

We’ve had 2 sets of ezy dog chest plate harnesses and shock leads for 8 years and they are still going strong. We love how well made and strong they are and also how easy they are to put on and get off. Plus they look fab! We have just ordered the express harness with personalisation and love these too.

I’m a big fan of using ezydog products for my spaniels. I’ve got harnesses, leads, long lines and collars from them. Particularly like the Oxford leather collection. Have had the brown one for three years now and love using it.
Bought a new black one this year for the new puppy. It turned out to have faulty stitching and broke. Very impressed with this company, I sent pictures and they immediately arranged to have a new one sent out and it arrived within a day. Their guarantee is to be trusted :)

I ordered an Ezydog chest plate harness for my puppy, and a ‘Friday’ denim collar (could not resist it), from the Ezydog website. The collar is so cute and the harness is easy to put on; an absolute must for a young puppy who thinks everything near his face is edible. I love both these items and as he grows I will continue to buy Ezydog products. They are excellent quality at a good price. Quick service/delivery too.

Bought Ezydog for years but this is the last time. After buying a Pink harness and some black name tags for it in the Black Friday. I double checked before paying with PayPal. My fault I didn't check after purchase as I thought I wouldn't need to check after purchase .
I had to chase up the order to see where it was only to be told the printer was broke. Next day my order arrived only to my dismay the tags were brown. I emailed only to be then told the printing department where actually on holiday but once back, I saw what could be done, but it was my fault and screen shot my order. Yes the fact that I didn't check my email receipt was my fault but the glitch on the site during their busy time wasn't. I was very annoyed at the tone of customer service. I then emailed today to say I will be returning it only to be told no refunds . So because of their glitch in the black Friday sales I am out of pocket and extremely disappointed in their "customer service" Merry Christmas
***********************************************I appreciate your reply to this review but if you looked into my issue then you will find I was not notified about the issue . It was only became chasing it up myself that I was given the story about the printer being down and then the printing department being on holiday.
As for any future purchases that will not be happening. You've lost a very loyal customer because of the lack of respect and lies. I was told you would try to help once the printing department returned from their holiday but I've heard nothing more.
