This system is not giving me an accurate eyeglass prescription
The comments last time were not helpful. I followed the advice but nothing changed. The left lens is a computer distance prescription while the right lens is no good at any distance.

Excellent customer support. It doesn't work with high myopes tho so if you have more than -9 look elsewhere

I have always had a bad left eye
I have always had a bad left eye. No eye doctor has been able to take the time to get it right. I took a chance on your system to see if I could improve my vision in this eye. I received my trial glasses Friday and have been pleasantly surprised. Previously I could not focus on long distances while driving. With your glasses I am able to. My balance of vision has been restored. Nice job Michael

Really good service & instruction, prompt response & an excellent product. Anybody needing glasses should consider purchasing this for a number of reasons; big cost savings, the ability to recheck your eyes whenever you want & the freedom to fit it into your schedule without the need for pupil dilation. AAA+.

Thank you for leaving us a review - I'm sorry to learn the results were different from your last prescription. There are different factors that can affect your results, but what stood out right away was that the screen resolution used to calculate your refraction was different than what the manufacturer's specs listed. Do you know if your phone settings were set at a default or lower level or perhaps your zoom was enabled? Also, do you recall adjusting the dotted rectangle prior to starting the test? The EyeQue system is so much better in my opinion than getting your eyeglass perscription from an optometrist. Sure you still need annual eye checks for health reasons, but you can’t beat the accuracy and convenience provided by EyeQue. Their customer service is fast and personal. This is one great product and one great company.

Professional and patient
I had a unique international shipping request that was outside of the company’s norm, and they rolled up their sleeves and made it happen for me. I haven’t tried the product yet but the service was superior.
