This is definetly a scam website! I spend more than a year, and sold photos through their partners. However it has been more than two months and they do not transfer money. I used other stock photos websites and this one so far is the worst.
They havent replied to my 3-4 emails.
In one part of their website it sais that they will pay in 7days, in other page an article written 10 months ago, sais they have some problems and payments will be delayed.. That was 10months ago and no news so far.
Scammers
They owe me money for my photos but won't pay me. Contacted them 5 times and they won't reply - avoid at all costs. Scammers.
First payout for one photo was £131.
First payout for one photo was £131.
Not bad.
The rest were pennies.
Eyeem should be ashamed of themselves.
avoid avoid avoid 1 cent for my photo…

Vorsicht an Alle! Hier lauert Betrug in großem Stil!
Sollten meine Fotos weiterhin verfügbar sein, folgen weitere rechtliche Schritte!!!
Very bad experience
Terrible company. You receive about 30 CENTS every time you sell a photo. It was such a rip-off that I tried to delete my photos off the site, and it wouldn't let me. Then I tried to delete my account and it literally took EyeEm THREE MONTHS to close my account. They made it nearly impossible to remove my images and close my account. Would never recommend.
Horrible app
Horrible app. Highway robbery. I have sold a few dozen photos on the app and used to receive low pay, $3-$5 per photo. Well in the last year, they have literally been giving me as little as a few CENTS for my photos! When I asked they gave me some bogus excuse about clients buying in bulk or something. And then they changed the payout so that sellers have to have earned $10 to request your EARNED money be paid out. When they are paying me pennies for my photos, it would literally take about a thousand photo sales to make $10. Stay away. This app is a joke. SO many other places to sell your creative ART for big bucks.
Do not let them to rip you off
They paid me 10 cents for one of my photo. When I requested information for how much it was sold to the client and how mach each party pocketed from this sale I been told that this can be disclosed. Surely EyeEm made way more from this transaction... They are not there to make money for you, they care more about themselves. Another thing to consider - to get your photos removed from markets account closure is required! Be aware of their practices.
Stay away from them
Sell a photo through them, but never saw my money. I have tried to contact them through their support, but they just ignored my messages. Stay away from them.
Nice app
Nice app, but not a service that benefits either photographer or artist. Like so many virtual, internet-related services, it is paramount that the professional or even serious hobbyist look at the who-benefits factor! EyeEm as a company benefit very well indeed with the top-end benefit principle applied. It’s the mass market, economy-of-scale idea gone a bit crazy: those who supply all the work EyeEm has centred its business nerve centre around get tuppence ha-penny, whilst the ‘real’ money for the photographers’/artists’ ‘virtual’ input goes only to EyeEm to sustain their crew of few. No-one is going to buy individual rights’ protected images at single image cost; search-word targeted portfolios are sold with often hundreds of thousands of images. The portfolio gets the money, the single image does not (2 pence, literally tuppence, here and there). Now, all you artists and photographers out there mostly know about this; just don’t think you’re going to make any money out of this, as the idea that is peddled is not yours but EyeEm’s. That’s all.
Do not sell your pictures trough EyeEm…
Do not sell your pictures trough EyeEm because you will get ripped off. They changed the pay out system so that small sellers only get 25% to give high profile accounts more revenue. My last sale was 20 pictures for a measly 4,5 USD all trough the Eyeem collection on Getty Images. If you want to earn something for your work post it directly on stock site like Shutterstock or Getty.
Pics for peanuts
Just sold my first image from a trial upload of a few dozen photos I did 3 years ago and they managed to get me 3p.
I got a "congratulations your photo sold" email. So now I'm celebrating.
I've emailed them to close my account and withdraw my other images from sale.
Won't close my account despite multiple requests!
Just to echo similar experiences with this appalling company. When my photos started selling for 50 cents or less, I decided to close my account. Despite several attempts and promises from their support people that it will be done, I have just had notification that they have yet again sold one of my images (for 50 cents). I with withdrawn my permission for them to use my images, but they continue to do so. Avoid this company!!!
Seems Like A Rip Off
Just had notification that one of my photos which I must have uploaded several years ago actually got sold….for a measly $0.05. Of course that’s my bit…no idea how much the photo actually got sold for. The problem is this is the first and only one and as I have not used the account for all those years, I requested a new password, but zilch response from the auto service and zilch response to email request. I want to close my account and remove my few photos I have in this site as it has not been a happy experience. I think I need to share this problem across social media platforms.
Don't sell your images with this company.
If you want to close your account they will give you a runaround,
For the last 6 months, I have told them to remove my images from Getty, sent so many emails and they say we will remove them in 7-10 days and 6 months later they are still there.
Worse stock photo site ever...
Scammers
Scammers, no customer service phone number, only email which they are extremely slow (2 weeks) to respond if at all. I have spent months trying to solve a missing payment. After months of emails nothing has been resolved and all they do is give you a run around and vague answers and lies to string you along until the next email response. They are total scammers.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I cannot find my photos on Getty images and when I ask how to, they keep sending a scripted response that does not work. I’m pretty sure they are stealing photos. Getty won’t respond either and they are KNOWN FOR STEALING PHOTOS!!!! Untrustworthy untrustworthy untrustworthy!!!!!
0.02usd I get for my first foto selling
0.02usd I get for my first foto selling
However Great application!
