First time using Eyeconic and most likely the last. First pair of glasses had defective lenses...sent them back..waited for two weeks..received them today and guess what?? Defective lenses AGAIN. "Customer service representative" was very arrogant. Horrible experience.

I’m very happy with these Coach glasses. They are very lightweight and comfortable to wear all day without causing any discomfort. You can really feel the quality from the first moment — the materials are sturdy and well made.

Easy ordering process. Did take a full couple weeks before my glasses shipped but once they did I got them quickly.

Easy to order online my glasses arrived packaged well and delivered with care not to mention they were very pretty and fit comfortably 😊.

Easy to use. With the guides I was able to understand the sizing on my current glasses and order a similar sized pair.

Good product, however, processing was very slow. I paid for Express shipping that was supposed to be here on January 16. The product did not arrive until January 20th. The product was not shipped until January 16 the latest day the product was to arrive.

Fair pricing, exact prescription. I used Eyeconic because of its relationship with my VSP eye plan, and I wasn't disappointed with the quality of the glasses.

Glasses received 6 days later than projected.
