I tried the glasses on virtually and was pleased. I purchased FRAMES without LENSES. When the order was received, the look and the fit were unacceptable. Trying hard to understand why it took close to 30 days to receive the order. If you have a good product, then you do not need to cheat your customers out of their hard earned money. 50% in store credit is a BIG scam! Hopefully, this review will prevent another customer from being disappointed with their order!

The price of the glasses and they email you once you put your prescription in to let you know which kind of lenses you need

Wrong lenses and they refused to refund my entire order or give me complete credit towards new lenses that they screwed up.

This is my second purchase and it’s super different compared with the first time , it take so lo longe to get delivered about more than 30 days and second thing is the glasses were broken in the first week I’m an adult and I always take care about my things but this glasses in particular are super delicate 😫

Yes you did send me a shipping label to return glasses that I paid $100 for and you were only giving me back 1/2 of the $100. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS SITE. You had my prescription there was no excuse for my glasses being that bad!!! I had my eye doctor look at them also and he confirmed that the prescription was definitely off!!!! So sending me a shipping label does not change the fact that the glasses were HORRIBLE!!!

I had a problem with a different company when I tried to order my glasses online, but when I tried eyeBOGO it was so much easier to fill out the needed paperwork, and my glasses came in a about 2 weeks. Without any problems!!! I love my frames and I can see just perfectly!!!
