Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! You guys made getting new glasses in this crazy new world we live in super easy and fast. Im also very thankful that you let me know about my order before it was made to realize that I had selected a pair of frames that only was available in a small(which would not have fit my big head). You upgraded my frames to a more expensive pair that was similar and the right size for free. Thank you eyeBOGO for this amazing and thoughtful experience. I will definitely be letting everyone know this where to get glasses.

Excellent customer service
I placed my order through the chat function on the website and it was a great experience. I’ve never ordered glasses online because I have a very strong prescription and wasn’t sure which type of lenses would be best. The service rep walked me through it and placed my order for me. It was so easy I wish I would’ve done this sooner!

I ordered my glasses 7/13/21 and have not received my glasses. I had to email customer service about my order and was told they had redo my glasses. I have no idea when I will receive my glasses. I am disappointed.

I thought all was wonderful
I thought all was wonderful ; however I returned all 3 pairs BUT I am in high hopes the return means I will receive quickly all repaired in to what I can wear and be comfortable with. I then can do another review in hopes how much better everything did turn out.

Bad company
Poor customer service. My glasses came with the incorrect lenses/prescription. When I asked that this be fixed and my money returned I was told I would only get store credit and only half of the 180$ I spent. What kind of scam is this anyway. Will never recommend or buy from here again. Lesson learned.

Just received my glasses. They fit perfect. The cases they came in are really nice also. Very affordable, great glasses I’m happy , they look good on me . I see perfect. I really didn’t wait long at all for my glasses. Took a couple days . I will be ordering from this company again.
