Extreme Canopy Anmeldelser

I purchased the best, Extreme Canopy offered with the Tectonic X7 10' x 20' canopy. I bought this July of 2025 and today is Oct 2 2026. The canopy only lived assembled and in the elements in good climate. Today, I took the canopy down for the season and there was a big tear in the top. It just happened without stress or wind or anything. I contacted Extreme Canopy and they said basically. You have to buy another canopy top. You are out of luck with any help or prorated help. Although the structures may be better than normal. The fabric lacks in EXTREME and one year with mild climate doesn't cut the mustard. $700.00 bucks for a new top with no help from Extreme Canopy. Do your research for a company that offers more would be my advise.....

Great super heavy duty tent. A bit on the pricey side, but worth the expense. We had some issues with the tent on arrival (missing velcro, ripped tarp) but they were super responsive and sent us replacement pieces right away at no cost. Really appreciate the great service.

Everything went great, they worked with me on budget and I’ve set it up and it looks great!

This is by far the best tent I've ever had. Sturdy and easy to put up. My set up time has been reduced by an hour. I didn't receive my walls with the tent so there was a little issue in waiting for those but otherwise, excellent all the way around!

Really great customer service. Went back and forth a couple of times, and they were gracious in making changes and providing feedback. Really great quality. Used it for a marketing event shortly after delivery and were very impressed!

The Product met and exceeded my expectations. I was looking for the best canopy on the market. The order and process was extremely easy and prompt. The team at Extreme Canopy were all highly professional, listened to my needs and responded promptly. I received the bulk of my order sooner than I expected.

Working with Cody has been a breeze. I have several companies that use or need Extreme canopies products and Cody always gets back to me in a very timely manner. The custom artwork guidance is super simple and the team makes the process very easy. Thus far all products have been great quality and we will continue to use them.

I have an older extreme canopy frame that needed a new bag. Cody was able to take measurements over the phone and sell me a new generation model bag shipped right to the house in less than a week. Very affordable and high quality. Will buy again when needed.

I participate in art shows all year long, and I bought my Extreme Canopy after years of worrying about my tent in windy and bad weather. My first time using it was in a strong storm with high winds. While canopies around me were flipping inside out and getting blown around, mine stayed put with little to no movement from the wind. It is a heavy tent, but the carrying bag is sturdy and makes it easy to transport to and from my car. This was an investment for me, and I like knowing that I’ll have peace of mind for my less than ideal weather art shows for years in the future.

We loved our finished product! It took some time for us to get all the photos and design in place and the design team was very patient and helpful as we went back and forth. When the tent finally arrived, we didn't unpack it for a few weeks. When we finally had the time to put it up and look at it, we were all very pleased. We hope it will help us elevate our outreach for our Non-Profit Animal Rescue. We're happy with our new tent.

I had a great experience getting a custom made pop up tent and signage from Extreme Canopy. The sales people were helpful and informative; the production process was handled with detail and care. We're very happy with the final delivered tent!
