I have painful first n second toes and past planta fasciitis in my right foot.no problems walking in these shoes.Great. it is white so m keeping and will wear them on dry days .

Size came up small compared with same label, shop bought...
Ordered a pair of Karrimor Premium Mens Supa Hiking Walking Shoes. As I feared, they come up too small, compared with Karrimors I'd purchased in a store. I measured the width of the sole and they came up 1cm less, making for a tighter fit. Shoes being returned, which will cost me £3.99, unfortunately. But, lesson learnt....no more online shoe purchases, for me.

Unsure why you would make such a bold statement and not buy from us again ? Our shoes come direct from Karrimor just like anyone else's Karrimor shoes on sale so unsure why there would be a size issue v another Karrimor. Unfortunately part of the issue of buying online means that not everything may fit and if it doesn't the item may have to be returned and that may carry a cost. Of course the upside is that around 93% of our orders which are sent out are never returned and customers save a fortune by shopping on line with us. Apologies that your order did not go as expected and we sincerely hope that you will keep faith with us.

We presume you will be returning the goods so when you do if you could put a detailed note inside your return stating your issue or if you have sent the shoes back already drop us an email asking us to check the size when we get them back and we will do that.

All of the information required to make your purchase a successful one is listed in the descriptive information. These shoes were never sold as suede and never listed as suede, it clearly states they are textile and we feel can be quite clearly seen as textile even by the picture. If there is any doubt then we also have a dedicated telephone line into the business to answer such questions. We do our very best to make sure all information is clear. Please accept our apologies that your order did not go as expected and as long as you have not worn the items and they are in the same perfect condition as when delivered to you they can be returned for a full refund.
