horrible experience
horrible experience, went and had my oil changed on my 2022 car and on this past Friday my car started to shake horribly bad and my son checked my car no oil!!!! called express and was told it blew out the tail for no apparent rime or reason by Preston. ok next they towed my car to the office to evaluate the process and no one ever called me back so i called them and was told it had sludge build up that's been going on but they didn't tell me or put on the report is what i was told they never showed me dip stick either. then called corporate waited for a call i never got one. so then i called the office manager mickey he stated they did nothing wrong with oil change and he have no idea why i have no oil in my vehicle . i asked why the regional manager hasn't called me yet he hung up and oh the regional manager called and stated exactly what they told him no investigation was performed through him either. so next i asked what his name was he wouldn't tell me he said jay so but his name was Jason unprofessional Jason.. now tell me would you want to go where there is error and nothing be done i called corporate and nothing has happened.. but better yet i owe them 250.00 for a tow less than 20 miles...
